I never have a problem finding what I need here. It is always clean and organized. Also, with the recent COVID crisis, the store is consistently clean; clean carts are always available, and they even have buckets in the parking lot to dispose of used gloves and masks.

HD wrecked the only working key I had for a door in my house. When all is said and done it will take five trips to the store, me having to order a replacement lock and ME having to change it. No apologies. No store credit. No manager willing to come speak to me personally. To many other options to get treated poorly when they made the mistake.

Troy in plumbing went above and beyond to help us in constructing a field goal for our sons open house. He was kind, helpful , knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and walked us through the process of piecing it together. Excellent customer service !

Always friendly atmosphere and helpful associates when needed. Like most businesses, sometimes you may not find what you are looking for because of changes made to the vendor listing or vendor supply of a product. But there are a lot of products to choose from which will work equally as well. A very good place to shop at.

Store is very understocked, many many empty shelves, employees are not wearing masks, and none of the customers are wearing masks, only myself and one other person in the store were wearing a mask, I would strongly recommend Menards were they enforce the mask policy at the front door

I choose home depot over any other because they honor veterans with there 10% discount and are always thankful for my service when I shop there which is usually once a week!!!

It seems that for the last couple of months all of the employees are on edge, rude and very unfriendly, stock in the store is very low maybe that’s due to the pandemic I’m not sure, but good luck trying to get help in the Lapeer Home Depot

The people in the store were very helpful and polite, however NEVER and I do mean NEVER have anything delivered from this store. I live about a mile away. Cancelled an appointment to be home for the delivery. The driver called and said he was on my street but couldn't find my address. I gave very specific directions and my street is only about a mile long. Not a back road, but a semi-main street. He said he'd get right back to me. Instead, he took my order back to the store and dropped it off!!! I wouldn't even have known but I called after waiting half an hour and they found it sitting there. Then they say they'll call me back when they can reschedule another delivery. If your drivers can't find their way around a city the size of Lapeer, either get another delivery driver or give him a GPS.

I looked up the wire and clips I wanted to buy and than came to store with my list and everyone was very helpful getting the wire for me than taking it to my car and loaded it in. even gave me the same price as the internet price

We are starting a huge DYI flooring project. Whatever your needs just head to customer service. They sent 2 employees help us find items we were not familiar with, making sure we had everything on our list, cutting boards to size for Free, and even waiting while we rang it all up, and helped load our vehicle for a safe trip home. You can’t buy that level of customer service anywhere else.

Terrible curbside service. Waited an hour and NEVER received my lawnbags! How hard is that order to fill?

While I understand times are different now, the store is totally understaffed, and the employees that are working really aren’t very friendly, my other problem is if the law currently is all customers must wear a mask, 30% of the people in the store or not wearing one, why are the stores allowing people in without a mask if it is a law at the current moment.

I love my Lapeer Home Depot. They are always willing to help with advice on the many projects I have undertaken in the last 6 years. Stood behind all the tools I purchased and they have the friendliest team of people who actually take you to find the item you are looking for not point vaguely off in the distance. Even during the covid 19 mess they remained at work and friendly making the effort to be open but keep us safe. Thank you. Nita, Shaun, Joe, Scotty, Tony, Cathy, to name just a few.

During this time of crisis with the covid-19 I needed to pick up a few things and I was beyond pleased with their team of making sure everyone was safe and their needs were attended to, I was only there to grab something for my daughter so I was in and out of the store in no time at all. Thank you to the Home Depot team for helping everyone in this time of unfortunate crisis to feel safe enough to come in for their needs. I am very pleased and satisfied

All the employees went out of their way to help you. I will definitely go back to this Home Depot.This Home Depot was very well stocked and clean. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, an employee saw we were lost and came up to us and asked us if we needed help before we had to look for someone, he took us to the tiles and gave us advise on which tiles would be better. I was very happy with his advise and when I used the tiles they were easier to put up, and would use them again.

On a Sunday evening at 7 pm Tyler was very helpful in appliances
