This store is my adult Disneyland, for projects. We have made some major purchases in the last 5 years here and have had the best interactions with employees. The store is always neat and well organized. I drive past the other unnamed store, because I know I will be treated with dignity, helpfulness and honesty.

II always am able to find what I need at this store.

Bought battery trimmer Ryobi Model RY40390. Box was dented. Got it home opened box. Bags of screws and accessories open. Started to assemble. Shaft was bent at connection point. Was obvious box had been opened and retaped. Suspect someone knew of dent of shaft. Return was smooth however no offer of alternative. No concern for consumer displayed. Locked cages interfered with my ability to see or examine products. There 15 minutes no employee in sight.

Great location and plenty of parking space. Well organized and orderly..

Have been working on small project and the price and supply of lumber is great!

The store is very handicapped unfriendly. Few power carts and those available were not charged. The employees were very helpful and friendly and product selection was excellent

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new front door for my house. The Millwork Specialist was extremely knowledgeable and refreshingly pleasant. I received a complete answer for every question that I asked. And was informed on matters that I had no knowledge on. So, all in all. My trip to Home Depot was very informative and extremely pleasant.

He made selection of the perfect type and color of stain for our project so easy, we know we won't have to come back to change our choice or waste money!

I bought some ABS plumbing and they're really expensive. So I have 34 inch elbows and a t that combined have a price of a hundred and thirty dollars and I couldn't return

Employees aloof, nonchalant, unaware and busy on their cell phones or talking to other employees

Was charged for a specific amount of product and was loaded and incorrect amount, not the first time they've messed up my order, I don't feel I need to babysit somebody and make sure they can simply count something out, even though that's what it seems like nowadays. I can always shop somewhere else, they're not the only store in town that sells hardware.

I have always found the Home Depot people to be very knowledgeable about the things I need help with

Redoing my kitchen and Libby Barry was so friendly and helpful. She walked us through the buying and ordering. Also gave us good advice when we weren't sure what to choose.

I needed a box of office florescent light bulbs, and the Home Depot always has them in stock.

I love my local Home Depot. They have a great selection in store and a huge variety of items online with free delivery or pickup. The most efficient and slick checkout system and super easy pickup and returns. I got a Pro x acct which allows me to track purchases by category/name. I love shopping there because its easy and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Always a good experience. One of my favorite and most frequented stores in town!

Came in on 4-7 and usually cashier's are friendly - Jennifer was incredibly rude, she literally said nothing throughout the transaction. She did hold other conversations with others behind the counter but ignored me the customer. Not professional. Almost seemed as though she was trying to be nasty.
