I went to the Las Cruses Home Depot because the El Paso Home Depots currently have inferior inventory. What I found at the Las Cruses Home Depot was more than better inventory, they were VERY much more polite and friendly. I want to give a “Shout-Out” to the associate “Flyboy”, the heavy set assistant manager and the cashier. Thank you for a very pleasant experience from a satisfied El Paso customer.

I've been working with Home Depot since 1997. I do a lot of home improvement in all of my homes, and I've never been disappointed with any service or product I have purchased. Customer service is outstanding and they all know what they are talking about when I speak with them about something unique or special about a product.

I brought plumming parts Sep/12/22 9:23 p.m. Casher was Stephen. It took us very long hour and half, along with empretion of unkind treat by Stephen. She isn't good customer service, will be better as stocker which will be not dealing with customer service. This is time which isn't easy for everybody finanally.

ALL the employees are most kind, helpful, friendly and understanding of my needs.

Your plumbing department has always met my expectations

Bought a lawn mower. When got to car realized they had not give me the sale price. Went back in and check out person said I would have to write another check. I did and then asked for a voided receipt. Would not give me anything that said the first receipt was voided and a new one written.

I should know his name, but I don't. He addressed a significant concern I had. He solved the problem directly. Very professional.

I originally went to another store. The guy tried to sell me a misting system piece by piece. Except they were out of a very important part. I told the guy to forget it and left. On arriving at Home Depot I was immediately greeted, sent to the appropriate department to meet up with an employee that would help me. He immediately understood what I was looking for and took me to the packaged misting systems which contained all the pieces and parts I needed. There were a few other pieces I needed and he knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you Home Depot for hiring and educating your employers.
