Always a great experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the military discount. I use this Home Depot for all my home improvement needs. They are very veteran friendly and that is what keeps me coming back.

While trying to get products to get to my job. No one was in paint . The manager of paint department was called 2 to 3 times that I needed assistance and he would try to find someone else to do what he should be doing instead of just standing there JR needs to reevaluate his manager position if he isnt going to do his job. Never once did he even come back there and explain. Over an hr waiting for someone. So rude

Store was clean but bad service.

Best paint buying experience; paint dept. associate Makenzie was helpful with color options, suggestions, information, and showed he knowledge of color sprectrum and tips to make it look great.

We found the freezer we were looking for. The salesperson was super-helpful, patient, and pleasant. All employees we came into contact with were helpful.

I was greeted as I walked through the door. Most of your employees are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for magazines pertaining to kitchen remodeling. one of your employees told me that you don't carry them anymore but if I would go back to the Kitchen department they had many booklets. I couldn't believe how friendly the employee was back there who wasn't even part of the remodeling department. He kept handing me books, booklets, and brochures and explained that when I was ready, to call and make an appointment and that person would help me a lot. He save me at least $15.00 by not having to purchase magazine and these books he gave me are so helpful. I will be back for my new kitchen.

Home Depot has excellent employees. I work down the street from a hardware store and I drive past it almost every day to drive across town to Home Depot. I'll take customer service over cheapest prices anyday. However, they have great deals all the time as well.
