In the past I have had horrible experience with Home Depot. During my most recent visits to stores in NY I was actually lied to by multiple employees. This Home Depot is by far the best I have ever shopped at. The atmosphere is very welcoming and if I stood still for more than 5 seconds an employee asked if I needed help. Each time I asked for help the employee was able to guide me to exactly what I needed! I look forward to visiting this Home Depot again to get inspired for future projects.

To a person the staff at this store are friendly, knowledgable and helpful going beyond my expectations.

The store was clean. The employees were attentive and helpful. Our cashier, Jordan, was smiling and was very helpful getting us checked out quickly.

sometimes employees are hard to find, but when you do see one they are ALL always very friendly and ask if they can help you.

Love going into this store! It's like an extended family that is always willing and able to help where needed!

I drove there from north Kansas City as this store was the one closest that had the John Deere mower that I was wanting. Had to wait for an associate to help me with the mower, didn't really take an interest in making sure any questions were answered, seemed rushed to get done with me. There were two young men that were assigned to assist me with loading it on my trailer, however I didn't know they were waiting on me since no one said anything about them. Those two were very helpful. I wouldn't shop there again even if it was the only store that had what I wanted...

I usually don't like to shop at larger, 'big box' stores but this is the exception. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure to buy anything. The sales staff shows interest and does their best to find out what you are trying to do and to help you get this done. Finding what I needed was easy, and if I couldn't find it, I found out from the first sales staff I asked. Thanks to the staff, (to include the cashiers!)

The customer service sucks, except for Shelly in the floor and tile area. If you need help, as her. She should be promoted and get a week off, for her professionalism, niceness, and helpfulness.

Well, I gave an excellent review of the Leavenworth, Kansas Home Depot. I did not put anything rude or unacceptable in my review but, was told my review could not be used. Sorry, I'm not politically correct or hold a Socialist view as do many nowadays. Please let me know how you want it written.

The store had everything I needed today. The young lady at checkout was efficient and friendly.

Leavenworth Home Depot is a staple of the home improvement community! If you need help in the garden section, please ask Adam he was a delight!

The store is fine my problem is with their credit dept. Made a cash payment on my account and they still charged me a late fee! Closing this one ASAP!

Home Depot used to have a bad rap for like 3 employees in the store and none to be found. Not here. This Home Depot has a great ratio of workers to customers. Lines move fast and the smart folks in the aisle know their stuff. Keith and Chuck were a huge help. Amelia and Joy are well, just a joy. Very upbeat and hilarious. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous crews.

I always appreciate seeing Jennifer M and the store because she's always very helpful and willing to help me. I appreciate her service in the military and all those that work at Home Depot that have served in the military. I also appreciate wolf that works in electrical on the back he always is able to help me figure out a way around something. both of them are always willing to save me money. Which is always a great thing for me :-) I only shop at Home Depot I do not shop at any other box store  and I love our Leavenworth Home Depot and its employees. I just this year poured 287 bags of concrete and the guys were really helpful in loading the concrete in the back. I do not remember their names but one of them was wearing a boot at the time I think his name was Ben. He was very helpful and getting the concrete on my dump trailer and centered up over the axles.

We may not find what we are looking for 100% of the time but 100% of the time we find employees who are very helpful and many times we come across employees who go above and beyond. Our HD represents our community well.

I feel that I am treated differently than non- POC customers when I shop here. I don’t feel welcomed or valued at all

Employees (Tiffani) at the store were friendly and helpful everything we needed was in stock, loading up was easy with covered loading area so our supplies did not get wet from the snow.
