Didn't care for the staff in the flooring area today, and the staff member at check out. They both appeared be uncaring and self absorbed in to their own little thing, but not the staff.

Customer Service Rep Jennifer Mendez was amazing! She made a return so easy and assisted us with a subsequent purchase. Home Depot should be proud of Jennifer and the way she treats customers.

This store does not enforce the city's mask mandate. It has a sign on the door saying masks are required but then allows customers to enter and shop without requiring them to put on a mask. Unsafe.

Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. However if they know someone else in the store is more knowledgeable than them they will contact that person and let the more knowledgeable person guide you with your purchases. I realize this is a box store but it definitely feels like hometown store with the caliber of employees that work there.

I have always had great experiences at this store. Today's visit was exceptional! I asked Gene for help finding a plumbing item. He knew exactly where it was located and he was super sweet to our 8 year old daughter. I would 100% recommend this Home Depot!!

While this is a smaller store and does not always have the quantity and variety of larger communities stores, they have WONDERFUL employees that work hard to take care of their customers. We recently had an employee forgo his break to continue cutting materials for us to make a deadline. Thank you!! Small town stores have BIG Heart service!!

Employees were friendly and helpful. Each time I have visited at least one person has greeted me and/or asked if they could help me. It's a clean well-kept store.

Our Leavenworth Store is one of the most well operated and staffed stores I have had the experienced. The Staffers are all true professionals and very curtious to their customers.

Had to run inside for a few more security cameras for my house because I live in the ghetto. And when it came to the self checkout the service rep was SO HELPFUL Made everything so much easier Bless her heart I found the cameras I needed quickly within 1 minute of entering store. Items were cheaper at store than anywhere online. Store was immaculate like usual. Every employee I have ever encountered at HD in Leavenworth are the poop Never had a problem and they even walk by and may make small suggestions on a product I’ve been mouling over. They are great

Every time I visit the store, It is always welcoming and warming. I come here for all my project needs and I always have an awesome experience, everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Five stars!!

Today I went to Home Depot to buy items for my bathroom remodel. Every thing I was looking for were on hand and the employees I came in contact with were very helpful. The lady at the tile department helped my wife match the items she wanted. hey talked about what she wanted the items for and steered her in the right direction. She stayed with her until she had every thing she needed. Great work.

I have shopped at this The Home Depot location for many years and there is one thing that really stands out. That is the dedication, friendliness, and willingness to help the customers, displayed by every single employee I have come into contact with over the years. That's especially great during these Covid times. In a city with a large military presence, it is just simply heartwarming to see how the employees at this location respect and honor the military personnel who shop at Store # 2216, Leavenworth, KS. The store is tidy, I have always found what I needed and if I needed help locating the item, there was and is a store employee anxious to help the customer. If you look up something online, you not only learn if the item is in stock, you also learn the aisle and bin number of that item. Makes it so easy!

They are clean, and have quality items in stock. Staff super helpful. I also appreciate that they are wearing masks and have sanitizer available.

Always pretty clean, helpful. Great paint choices. Lot of experienced people on how to do things the easies and best way that I can afford. Plus love the Holiday displays. Colorful and makes you feel happy.

Try to pay cash for the purchase. They send you to Customer Service where you get to stand in line to finally pay and check out.
