Bo helped us locate things that we needed for our home improvement project and talked about various choices we had. He helped by getting a hand cart for a toilet and vanity and helped us get things to the registers to check out. April was a fantastic cashier. She and Bo worked together as a team to speed up our checkout process. Fantastic teamwork!

We were looking at kitchen appliances the day we went into the store. Our salesperson was Richana. She was super helpful and made shopping a breeze and even fun!!

Today's trip to Home Depot was a pleasure. Employees are so well trained to give customer service - greeting me, helping me find what I need, offer a great selection of products.

I am over 70 years old and I ordered an item online and was told to pick it up at the Home Depot lockbox. I had no idea what that was. I was also returning an item. I went to customer service (there was no line) and told the fellow what I needed to do. Tom took the return immediately, then walked me outside and showed me the lockboxes and showed me exactly how to use them. They are misnumbered and in the process of being re-numbered, and he explained that to me also. Then, he told me that I could take the item into the store and continue my shopping, and use his name if I had any problems. Great job, well done, Tom! Every employee should be like Tom.

Helen Parrot a design specialist was such a great listener and helped me design my new kitchen!

I am an elderly woman who NEVER shopped at Home Depot on weekends because it was so crowded and not enough employees to help me. Yesterday, I had to shop on Sunday and I dreaded it. Was I surprised. There were lots of friendly employees willing to help me. They saw that I was confused, and approached me before I even had to ask for assistance. I didn't have to wander throughout the store to find an employee. I had to ask one employee three times for different items, and he was even more friendly the third time and not annoyed at all. If this trend continues, I will consider shopping on weekends there, as well as weekdays!

The product I bought was a little $100.00 fan . I am so happy with it and it keeps me Kool even on the hottest days.

Was reading the instructions for use of a cleaning product unaware that the cap was loose and liquid was spilling out all over my purse and purchases in the shopping cart Employee came up too me and rudely informed me that I was making a mess. She proceeded to get a rag to clean up the floor and offered NO assistance for cleaning my personal items or items I was purchasing .Very rude. I apologized but was ignored.

We have shopped at your store for 30+ years, and it had been a wonderful experience every time, even if something went wrong for whatever reason, You all would fix it!! I have been truly amazed with your products, product suggestions, and services!! Thank you so much for all the homes you all have helped us fix up!! They all looked great and were in proper working order when finished

I needed help finding sun blocking film and I was taken right to the item. I always have a good experience when I shop here. They are always helpful and real friendly. Make you feel like they really want to help you not just because it's their job.

My Porches sure look good thanks to Home Depot having all of the materials and supplies to be able to complete our Home Projects.

Cannot access my approved Military Discount. as I have only a 'Flip- Phone" NOTE i have made repeated calls and e-mails about this,,

My only complaint is the difficulty in using the military discount. You have to have your phone with, you have to open the app & then sign in to your account, even though you have the app.. Most places offer a 10% military discount & make it much easier to use. My last visit, I received a 3.97% discount, hardly worth the trouble.

It was sure nice to go into a store and the shelves were fully stocked with everything that I was looking for. The employees were very courteous and friendly. The cashier, Skye, was quick to assist me. The whole experience was very pleasant.

I would like to see a tool rental section added to this location, driving to the villages location is just not a good experience.

I was looking on flooring and went to another home improvement store to then be given the run around to return another date to then tell me I had to make my purchase online. I've attempted that but the quantity I needed was not made available. Home Depot had similar item, color, and price range on stock with above the quantity I needed. Staff were made available, we're friendly, and made my day as I was on a deadline to purchase materials. Overall super happy with my shopping experience. Home Depot has always been my go to home improvement store but decided to go to another one closer to home. Unfortunately I've had several bad experiences and from here on out Home Depot is the store (My store)for all your home improvement projects. They are always on your side and haven't disappointed yet. Thank you Home Depot the reliable store!
