The store was nest and clean. Staff were friendly. Got greeted at the door and assisted with product problems that were not the staff's fault. All departments had the help I needed to purchase items not at floor level.

The store is always well stocked and the employees have great attitudes and make customers feel important to the store.

I can get a great variety of products at Home Depot so whether we are working on a project or just need cleaning products I can find what I need at Home Depot.

Great service, staff is always willing to help.

This store is very friendly and clean. I have never had to go looking for an associate for help as there is always a very knowledgeable and helpful person ready to help in whatever department I am shopping. This Home Depot is a bit out of our way but worth the drive every time.

Laura in the paint department is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and has such a willingness to help. Not only did she help us find what we were looking for but she went out of her way to find products we didn't even know we needed for our project. She personally ordered a paint base which was not available in-store instead of directing us to do it on our own through the website. She even walked us over to place the order at customer service and checked us out for our other items. She was so friendly and patient with us the entire time and gave us a warm farewell. She truly made it the best shopping experience we've ever had. The location is clean, well organized, well stocked and prices are great. We will most certainly return for our next home improvement project!

the appliance department was well stocked and the associates were very cooperative. The overall appearance of the store was clean.

I shop at Home Depot for probably half of the building materials I get. I specifically go there to get Yellowwood PT lumber, because I trust their quality. I know this stores layout well and it makes for an easy shopping trip. Cashiers are almost always great.

Home Depot does not Honor Veterans who served honorably except for those who are disabled or retired, with the except on National holidays. I did not serve my country for 8 years just on National Holidays. I am no less a Vet than those who are retired or are disabled and I resent the fact that Home Depot believes this to be true. Do not advertise you honor those that serve or served when it is only partially true. I would not recommend this store to Veterans. Asa whole; the store is neat clean and the employees are friendly and professional.

Prepare to be swindled at the Leesburg Home Depot! This store does not not make it right when their employee screws up. YOU will be left holding the bill for their ineptitude. I was two days past the return window because apparently it is 30 days from order date not pick-up date, as I was told by their employee on the phone when I specifically called with this question. You would think they would make an exception for two measly days with unopened merchandise, especially when it was their own employee giving out bad info, but no, Home Depot doesn't care about the customer. They only care about their arbitrary deadline that they have total control over. I can't believe Home Depot is willing to lose a customer when it was their fault. VERY SAD!

This Home Depot store in Leesburg always has anything and everything we need. Great selection and stock. The store is always neat, clean, and organized, and it's a pleasant shopping experience. I love Home Depot's customer service, because there is ALWAYS a Home Depot employee nearby who will stop what he or she is doing and run to the aid of customers with a smiling face, and a sincere interest in ensuring that they help customers and follow through completely. Bravo to Home Depot for being outstanding in customer service!

The store aims to be the Hometown Home Depot. They are doing a great job!

I am thankful for this store and always check there first for things I need for my home and garden. The employees for the most part have been there a long time and do a good job. I can usually find someone to help me or another gentleman shopper who is always happy to help a gal in distress!

Shopping for a refrigerator was a pleasure with Larry the price could not be beat by by Lowe’s and their employees are very rude This Home Depot is going to be my home improvement store.

The Associates always are helpful and Home Depot is our go to place to fix things and change things up.
