Wanted a dragon fruit plant. Employee directed me to them bought it an left no lines i was very happy

Went in to purchase a stove and was having issues with a number of things and was a very irritated. However Jeff at the Customer Service Desk was able to resolve my problems, and made my shopping experience a lot more pleasant. I appreciate his patience, concerns, professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you for all your help. Awesome job!

We bought materials for a Boy Scout Eagle Project and we were afforded very kind help.

From lumber to laundry soap, Home Depot has it all.

I was returning several items before heading into the store for more purchases. An employee named Sandra helped with the return. However, part of that job includes answering incoming phone calls to the store which presents a problem. My transaction was repeatedly delayed. First by the incoming call. Then by whoever was asked to pick it up not responding. Then there was a short conference with what appeared to be a supervisor--the problem must happen often. The great thing about the transaction was the person waiting on me. She was super friendly, almost overly apologetic for the delay. I'm impressed!

All the store associates here are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and I love shopping at this Home Depot for my home renovation needs!!

There are some AMAZING employees at this site - Alex who helped us in lumber and did all kinds of calculations to precision for me and my dad needing concrete, Art who made the best rental property keys for us for our units and Roger who helped us with light bulb needs (on differing trips) These particular employees set the bar high because each of them have phenomenal customer service skills and efficiency I hope this trio is recognized by management for being exceptional!

Paty provided fast service at checkout. Great customer service. Much needed when you need to get back to the job site.

I buy at home depot 4 times a week for all materials, wood, cement, drywall and everything related to those jobs

This is my go to store. I live in La Mesa and prefer to go to home Depot over dixiline

Cameron in the tools department helped me select my tools he did a great job advising me on a hedge trimmer. He advised me on batteries for cordless tools.

The store is OK, the people are great but when you go to pay, it is a complete circus. No lines, no order…the New York subway is less chaos. I honestly can’t figure out why the manager CAN NOT understand the concept of a check out line

Staff is on point, app is accurate for store mode searches. They are great to military. Ms Christy at the register was fun and professional. So is Ms Cindy!

I strongly recommend the Lemon Grove Home Depot. The people are very friendly and willing to help over and beyond the normal. The store is well stocked and organized. Great place to shop.

I made the line to pay when I get to the register the person tells me I don’t have any cash! “ what??” They don’t have money on the register upsetting as crazy!!

Been coming to this store for decades. Employees are friendly and helpful. If they don't have it, they can get it. Even customers are friendly.

Cam in the garden department is a super star! I had no clue about what to plant on my backyard slope until Cam took the time to point out some great options. He also patiently shared some gardening tips to get my project going. Usually the clerks here can't wait to walk away when asked questions, but this young man is truly a gem. I'm working on a big project and I will return to this location because of this experience.

Excellent service great return policy

They normally have wood cart available when I need one the also always have regular carts available when needed. Main isle is still too crowded for carts to pass on the same side. But they are never going to change that, all the stores seem to be that way.
