I'm in this store on a regular business and am always treated with respect and treated like they are happy that I'm there. They will do anything to help you if they can. Great people=great store.

Employees at this store are in need of training at today visit, what happened to your training of employees Home Depot, What happened to customer service Home Depot used to have? I haven't been in a Home Depot for a couple of years and I may never go ago at this point, I can honestly say that this store was the worst experience I've ever had no employees with knowledge of their department. Unheard for home Home Depot standards . No hellos, no can I help you, when ask where something was I got a arm in the air saying over there, while the employee was standing there doing nothing. Come on Home Depot bring back your core values !

Recently had contacted update my kitchen and bathrooms. All the appliances and materials were purchased by me at your store and on-line. No problems, no hassles. Every staff member I did business with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. So “thank you” for all your help. Also, thanks for being so welcoming to my little dog when I come in. She loves Home Depot!

Liberty Lake Store has continued to outperform other stores in area. Appliance dept attention to detail and customer first mentality goes a long way to create a happy customer experience.

Came to get a primer to put over wallpaper. I didn't know what kind. Carolyn knew exactly what I needed a . She's extremely knowledgeable. She also made my paint and put it the computer so incase I need more, she'll know exactly what I need. Best customer service ever.

We purchased a whole house of appiances got great personal service form Assiciate Kellie and the service desk when we piad for our purchases

I love that this store is never crowded with customers. I'm able to get in, get what I need, and get out quickly. The employees are happy to help and I never feel talked down to or pressured into buying things I don't want/need. Check out is fast, employees are friendly, and I always find what I need. Favorite home improvement store to shop at by far!

The people who work in this store really care about customer service. I have gotten great advise and excellent service. The employees are very friendly but don't hold you up. Excellent knowledge of their products.

I live in Post Falls ID, just passed the State line; and I prefer to travel slightly further to the Liberty Lake WA store versus driving to the Couer d'Alene store, which is closer, for a number of reasons: 1) the parking lot is so much more convenient enter and exit! 2) product stock is decent 3) the store is well kept and 4) employees are pleasant, eager to assist and care to understand each customer's individual needs. As an Independent Professional Tradesman, I need to have a place I can count on, that has most of what I need from day to day at relatively affordable price points; this place is it in my book. I consider this location my main source for residential repair needs and recommend it to others.

I always enjoy my time at the Liberty Lake Home Depot. The employees are always quite friendly and very helpful. Cleanest Home Depot I've ever been in. Before the covid thing, I could always count on product being "in-stock."" However, lately the shelves seem to be sparse in some places. I guess all of the locations are having supply chain issues, though. I prefer shopping the Liberty Lake store even though I drive by one of the other HD's in the area, to get there.

I used to love the Liberty Lake Home Depot but lately it seems that when I ask for help the employees are rude and unhelpful, especially the older lady in the paint department super unpleasant!

You don’t have to search for an employee to get help. Very knowledgeable about what products they have and how to do a project. Very Clean and organized.

Products hard to find, employees too busy talking amongst themselves to help customers.

I love my Home Depot, it is the only place I shop for my house inside and out. Love the garden area. The employees are so nice and helpful. I always take my little dog with me because it's her favorite store too.

I was respectfully greeted by a representative (Andrea) followed by a rep assisting with my shopping exploration. (Jessica). Both of which truly enhanced my customer service experience.

MARIA was the most help and friendly team member I have worked with! Also the old gentleman on the lumber department was extremely helpful. They both went above and beyond.

Very rude customer service. Shayne in particular, was extremely rude when it came to a question about a product. This product was stocked in the wrong area by an employee and she blamed me for not checking the item number to the price tag. Then proceeded to talk to me like I was an idiot for getting upset about paying $30 extra dollars than expected. Not impressed. Will not be shopping here anymore. On top of that, not one person was around when I needed help.

Remember to find a cart in the parking lot when you go in, there are never any available inside. Don't try to go to the customer service counter with a cart full of lumber, you'll just have to leave it in the isle and that will block ALL traffic because there are so many floor displays already clogging the isle. Don't try to take lumber or plumbing products through self checkout. There isn't room to maneuver and you'll just end up knocking over some poor little old man. Take extra masks so you can hand them to all the people who refuse to wear them.

The only reason I shop at the LIB Lake HD is because of Steve! I am 57 yr old grandma that has recently gotten into woodworking. I am making rocking chairs for my grandchildren. A tradition that my father started when I was little. I look for Steve when I come in and he helps me figure out what I need by asking me questions! He is very knowledgeable and patient.

I go a little bit out of my way to go to the store. Because they are always nice, very clean store, And I’ve never not been helped by somebody if it was just as much to say can I help you find anything it’s always very refreshing even when I don’t need help.

Employees were friendly and on top of their game. Called in order and asked to hold due to low stock, held and had it prepared (i.e., stain stirred) before we even got there.

Suzanne and Lesa were amazing last night! They spent almost an hour (skipping breaks even), assisting me in getting a credit card so I could save some money purchasing a chainsaw. They were kind, friendly, personable, and concerned about my welfare. You just do not see this in retail these days. Just before I left, Lesa handed me a coupon and said "Because you have had to wait and have been so patient, we gave you a discount tonight, and here is $25 off on your next visit". I started to cry. My day had been rough, and she and Suzanne gave the kindness my heart was longing for!

No product 1 inch insulation yet its in there computer.. all they can suggest is go to another home depo saying its in there computer if its not in there store yet it says they got to full pallets why would i waste my time and money to go to another stupid incompetent home depo..!!!###! Why did they not go get from other store ???
