I wrote it on the last page of this survey, but I came in today and was getting prices about rental and the information I needed. I came In today and Marc and Shawn helped me with pricing and all my rental expenses. They are so knowledgeable and so helpful. The best rental center in the area.

I have always had great service and experience at Lisbon Store. Customer service great on returning items, helpful staff with questions in regard to projects and overall good atmosphere.

Exceptional experience in the paint department at this location with team member Kay ! She has the professional knowledge, efficiency, and was super helpful. She was also a great leader with delegating a part of my large order to her team member. In and out in no time with a lot of paint ! Thank you Kay !

Dealt with Janice who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the plants I was looking at. She was awesome.

First of all, I would like to thank "THE HOME DEPOT" for including a copy of its "FEELS LIKE SPRING" FLYER in "THE (4/21/22) NORWICH TIMES" On this visit I purchased some 1QUART PERENNIAL PLANTS that are on sale! I selected/placed 8 Plants in a shopping cart and headed to cash out with cashier Ms. ANASTASIA today! And as usual, the products, the prices, and the customer service I received was 5***** OUTSTANDING!! Thank you, HOME DEPOT LISBON CT TEAM!

Staff made sure that my grandson had gotten the monthly craft kit and were. Check out was quick and easy. Clean store.

Moved here from CA a month ago and have been to this store about 20 times already. Consistently outstanding customer service. The CA store I shop at has a lot to learn from the folks in Lisbon.

I drove 2 hours to pick up a wood stove today. Although it turned out the product was mislabeled, everyone in the store worked together to solve the problem and I walked out of the store with a stove I can use for my family to heat our house this year. Thanks so much!

Had a fence installed recently. The entire experience was great! The gentleman who came to write the quote was friendly and thorough. The time to actual install was quick and put up in 1 day. Crew was exceptional and friendly. Area was cleaned up as if they were never there. So happy with the process and results.

Cashier was very knowledgeable about idems I bought. Was extremely helpful.

Employees have been helpful several times from lifting bags of cement to somehow getting me through checkout with my wallet! My bad. They know how stuff works.

Shopping here is very easy for someone who doesn't like to waste time looking for items. I always have a sales person ask me if I need help. I didn't need help because I looked up all the items I wanted online and wrote down the aisles and bay numbers. A great way to shop.

As a woman homeowner, I have most always gotten the help & product advice I needed at Lisbon Home Depot. It's an excellent store with focused employees that truly care about the consumer. Been a Home Depot shopper since 1993!

Stay away from the paint department. The associate is incompetent.

Store had clean shopping carts, easily found what I wanted, associate was very friendly and had to unlock grill to take my package to the check out counter.

Store clean, Lynn and Jim did excellent work in cashing us out and loading mulch in our new truck. Jim was careful not to toss bags in, to dent truck. He was very careful and they were both polite. As seniors it was GREAT TO EXPERIENCE THIS KIND OF ATTENTION TO OUR THINGS. THEY BOTH THANKED US FOR SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT.
