Everything I needed was there but the most enjoyable time was checking out, Brooke the cashier was delightful smiling and very helpful. I had to go to the garden section and she told me not to rush all my other stuff will be right here with me when you come back. More friendly employees like her would make shopping so much more enjoyable. Thanks Brooke.

Rick at Lisbon CT. Home Depot came through for me Once again. Again, he is my " Go To Guy" at the Lisbon store

Bought a 27 ton Champion splitter on 8/12/19 to be picked up the following Wednesday after being assembled. Splitter was picked up on 8/15/19. Upon getting it home I discovered that the right wheel was wobbling back and forth. Took the wheel cap off to see if anything needed to be tightened to discover a bearing was missing. A deep grove had been ground into the axel from the wobbling wheel. I called the store and spoke with Sam from Lawn and Garden. He was very helpful, polite and apologetic. Sam spoke with his manager to see if they could send someone out to repair/replace the wheel. He was told that we should return the splitter because the axel was most likely damaged. Sam told me to return the splitter on Wednesday, 8/22/19, today, so we only had to make one trip as more splitters should be delivered earlier in the week. On Monday, the 19th, Sam called to inform me that no splitters were delivered but he had checked the Montville CT store and they had 2 in stock. Today, the 22nd, I went to Home Depot to ask for the splitter to be picked up as I was worried the wheel would not make the trip back. I spoke with Sam again who assisted me and contacted the store asst manager Amanda. She was very kind and set up the pick up for the next day and spoke with the Montville store manager to ask them to please hold a splitter. I could not purchase the new splitter until the merchandise had been returned to the store so I could get the credit/refund. I have been very inconvenienced during this whole incident and have received no type of compensation and was also told I may not be able to keep the military discount since my brother, who is a vet, cannot accompany me to buy the new splitter. I would think that since their assembler messed up they would do what ever needed to be done to rectify this inconvenience. But I cannot stress enough how helpful and kind Sam was. It is not the associates that I have an issue with, it’s whatever policy Home Depot has that has made this experience absolutely horrible.

Very nice staff!

Help was readily available and range of products were varied so I had plenty of options to choose from. The Cashier was very nice and the fellows who helped me load up my purchase were very nice and courteous. All in all, I think this Lisbon branch is very convenient and full of good people all around.

Rick ( the Millwork Specialist at Lisbon, Ct Home Depot) was Very Helpful with several purchases I have made. He is my "GO TO Guy" at this store for purchases or referrals

The staff is very friendly and cares about your needs.

Chris, an associate in the kitchen department, went above and beyond helping us choose a refrigerator. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our numerous questions, and a great person to work with. He reviewed refrigerators on the floor and online and gave us printouts of specifications of refrigerators we were interested in. He did not rush us. Priceless!

We had great customer service today. Ryan in the paint department was so friendly and helpful. I didn't get the name of the cashier when we were leaving but she was very friendly also. The overall shopping experience from start to finish was awesome!

I needed kitchen counter tops, an expensive job with a bit of complicated measuring Chris in the kitchen department was amazing. He understood my needs, helped me put everything together and just knows his job. I couldn't be more satisfied with his help on this project, something I am doing myself. Always helpful, the staff is very knowledgeable. i can get any project done fast and efficiently. I give credit to the manager, past and present.

The employees are consistently helpful and also seem to collaborate easily with other employees when solving a problem for a customer. The shelves appear to be well stocked when I am looking for something.

The store was extremely busy on this day. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and helpful. We were in and in 30 min with a new tractor. That includes check out and loading on our truck! The store was great!

We have been doing a lot of trips to the Lisbon Home Depot to complete a home improvement project. My husband and I joke it is our home away from home. We have been treated with friendly and efficient service. We find the products we need and helpful information on how to use them.
