The best customer service I have ever received !! This sales associate went out of his way to assist us !! So friendly and helpful !!! This is how retail should be !!

Today I purchased a new electric range (sale priced)..3 boxes of Lifeproof flooring and an ARTIKA LED ceiling LIGHT. In every department, there were helpful employees , ready to answer questions and assist me. Courtesy/customer service employee, MICHELLE was very helpful processing my transaction plus having an employee help me to my car.

I had associate Kaelie help me find the right product I was looking for and she made sure that what she showed me was what I needed to complete my projects, she was friendly and courteous.

Lee is very good kind hearted person I try to give money and he just said no need to tip me I’m happy to help. I’m very thankful that he is there. Thank you Lee

A guy there named Walter is consistently helpful and great. Another guy at the pro desk is a bit salty, but Walt makes up for everyone else there.

I have bought quite a few tools and materials through my years after returning to USA. Never had to return an item I purchased. I am very satisfied with this store.

I bought an m-12 Milwaukee Inflator at one store because the m-18 was allegedly not in stock at that specific location, although it had said it was in the store before I arrived. This Lockport location allowed me to exchange my m-12 with their m-18 inflator that I came upon while calling several stores in the meantime, as I was not happy with just the m-12 still. I am very glad they allowed me to do this and took initiative to make sure I had the correct product to put aside for me until I could arrive! Thank you, my boyfriend is very happy!

Just before Christmas I purchased a last of a kind tool cabinet and found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time needed to help and made the experience very satisfying and easy.

Jack did an excellent job finding my items via a phone call, putting them aside and greeting me when I came to pick them up. He helped me in other departments as I looked for specific items my contractor sent me in for. It was his lunch break but he continued to assist me, telling me there was no rush. Nice job, Jack.

Bob in appliance worked with us for 1 hr 45 min. He never gave up. He is an example of an employee who should get rewarded for exemplary work ethics. Thanks Bob in appliance!!!!

I am very pleased with the service and product at this store. The return of items is a definite plus. Absolutley no hassle to return something. It saves countless trips to get the right item when working on a project. I can get different sizes and return the ones not used. What a pleasure knowing that.

Irving and Eric are the two best knowledgeabke employees in the store so far I have met.

I have shopped at this store for years for building supplies when we built our home, appliances, and for all our building needs. I was looking to purchase a few bags of marble stones in your outdoor section which was where I made my purchaseI that I had purchased some years ago. The ones you carry now were broken and some bags were full of powder from broken stones. A little disappointed. Wish I could find them again. Thank you.

I found what exactly what I needed easily.

The employees stood there and watched while we sorted through numerous pieces of 2x4’s because they were all bananas. Such awful quality for $5 a piece. The same two employees watched us do that, also watched us struggle to removed 3 sheets of OSB From the second shelf because the bottom was empty. Never once offered to help, or to go get us some help. Then, when we went to check out, or we had the one as a cashier and she said “so you got a workout in tonight huh?” Seriously? That’s the kind of customer service your store has? Extremely dissatisfied with this visit. Today’s workforce is so sad

Went into the store and it had a large selection, and all employees were very helpful. In check out Nora went out of her way to check us out and was so nice.

If you cut your own molding be aware that the measurement guide by the lumber / pro desk adds an extra inch to wood.

I went to the store to gather info about a deck railing system, and Shawn and Alex (both associates) were so knowledgeable and helpful! I purchased what I could in store and they even helped me complete my online order to get the items that weren’t in stock. My only complaint is that they said they were in stock on the app. Shawn helped me make sure that all of the materials were accounted for, and even noticed that something was missed on the list. And Alex helped me load he carts, check out and load everything into my vehicle. I am not the builder in our family, so it was so nice to have their assistance to make sure everything was accounted for! They truly made my experience.

The Lockport Home Depot is my favorite. They're always so nice and helpful. Their shelves are always stocked up as well.

The cashier Lee was great and had a great personality! The floor associates were helpful and approached you to see if you needed help. The flooring associate, Chey, was great and gave us a great estimate!

Delighted to see that everything for spring is already in the store. Gave me some great ideas for sprucing up the old Homestead

During one of our last storms our sump pump broke and basement flooded. Upon arriving at store an reaching the item I needed I was greeted by an employee who was very informative on the item and also loaded the item into my cart and I was on my way quickly to head back home. It definitely help ease the stressful situation.
