Phil in garden is just the person you want to help you with your project. He took his time, shook my hand, asked my name, and genuinely cared about what I wanted for my project. He helped me locate the item I was searching for and shared tips and tricks of gardening. Not only a great employee, but a kind man.

Tim, the associate working in the paint department, did a splendid job of describing the product in question and offered examples for its use from his personal experience including comparisons between similar products. I use the glue I purchased for my business of creating ornaments from fabric that resemble cats and dogs and he was able to help me improve my own manufacturing process with the information he provided. —Wiggly Eye Designs.

Purchased sod and they where extremely helpful loading and unloading. They even let me return the sod rolls I didn't use.

Every time we come in it’s always the best experience. Everyone is so helpful. If you guys could build us a little cardboard house in the steel we would live in this store haha

As always i was checking out and the cashier was nothing better than RUDE to me. her whole life was terrible - she had an LONG time until get got off work - in half hour. had a horrible long day (3 hours shorter than most people work) and had the gall to call me rude when i told her she should be glad she is still working and a lot of people are unable to. Elizabeth at Loveland Home depot is not someone who should be at a register dealing with the public.

Customer service representative Debra always calls me by my name. That makes me feel welcome at your store.

We had an issue with fixing our new LG refrigerator. The salesperson went out of her way to call LG and get the service call started.

Janet the kitchen designer was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient in walking me through every part of designing and ordering my new kitchen.

We were looking for a specific light fixture. Sue greeted us and checked to make sure they had the 4 in stock that we needed. Then Tracy used a hydraulic lift to get the 2 fixtures stored on the upper storage shelf. Dave was very pleasant and checked us out quickly. This Home Depot is now our go to store.

Do not purchase appliances from Home Depot, you will be quoted a delivery date, and be ghosted until you call and receive false information. You will take a day off work to receive said delivery that will not come, and Home depot will not care at all. Not their problem. They are already have your money.

We purchased new window treatments with Jolene at Home Depot, and she quickly knew exactly what I needed at the price I could afford! She made my shopping enjoyable.

Living by the water, our home is frequently targeted by spiders who enter the house. I have found that by placing REAL KILL HOUSEHOLD PEST GLUE BOARDS at the side of our door entrances, almost entirely eliminates the likelihood of spiders or other insects from entering the house. I swap them out every few months and collect a large number of trapped spiders from entering under the threshold of the doorways.

Finally, a store that is managed and believes in an efficient and friendly environment. There is a culture at this store that has NO rival. They have confidence in every aspect of their service and carry out their work with the utmost respect and friendly manner. The hardware, the lumber and above all the two cashiers Sylvia and Elizabeth really make my day. Thanks to everyone.

Your sales peron in appliances; Cayli, was very knowledgeable about all of the items and saved me from make a huge mistake. I had made up my mind on a particular upright freezer until Cayli pointed out that my choices were primarily intended for inside use. I didn't realize the difference. She showed me an almost exact model that was Garage Ready. She's Awesome! Thanks a million.

We purchased a new refrigerator a year ago that we really like. We are presently doing landscaping in our yard and the sod bought there has meshed perfectly with our existing grass plus sprinkler repair needs are met as needed.

I was THAT customer… walking in 20 min before closing. I had no clue what I was looking for other than a picture of some steel and a bolt for an example. Jason, although busy with his work, took all the time needed to find the items I was Looking for! With sparce inventory (specific to what I needed) he dug through trays until he found exactly what I needed. Thankful for Jason and his awesome attitude!
