Shop anywhere but here if you really need anything at all

I have shopped many HD locations and Loveland is the best!! Everyone I have dealt with from the cashier, Pro Desk or department have been so polite and accommodating! I make it a point to relay that to the staff as often as possible. It's refreshing! Keep it up Loveland !!

I frequent the loveland Home Depot and look forward to the cashier Magda. She is always friendly and personable. She takes interest in each customer and is always willing to help.

Monica did a super job on a large and complicated transaction. She was also training two employees and answering questions from others on her headset. Well done Monica!

Great customer service. The person in appliances was very knowledgeable.

The associates, especially Travis and Cheyenne, were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Also, the Home Depot app is very helpful.

I would recommend the store for their tool section they seem to keep it fairly well stocked. However finding somebody who works in the section is a completely different story. When you do find them they are knowledgeable in their section for the most part I’d say 75% of them. Other Home Depot employees have no clue about a single product in their section. Thanks to what tops the list is the complete crapshoot on what type of mood your customer service person will be in the day you walk through the door and you better hope you’re not making a return. On 06/20/201 I was treated so poorly it took me by surprise. The worst part the $275 that was supposed to be credited to my card has disappeared into thin air. This was by far my worst experience at my favorite store.. If you’re going to return something Fort Collins is worth the drive in my opinion.

This was not the Loveland store, but the Jackson Creek store (80123) my home residence at zip code (80921) and Natalie was great and started my day on a very positive

If you are looking for appliances ask for Cassandra. She is very knowledgeable. I've shopped lots of places and was blown away by the service. I highly recommend.

As always, this is the best place for DIY and general home improvement purchasing. I've been using them since the stone age. I'm glad they are still around since they are a life-saver for me and many others with all they have to offer for home improvement. It's almost like the old-time hardware store atmosphere with the sawdust on the floor but with great customer service.

Great store, very helpful and friendly

Remodeling the countertops, backsplash, sinks and faucets in the kitchen and lower level half bath. Janet Keenan in the kitchen area went above and beyond to help me through every step. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. Offered up several options that made it easier to decide what I wanted. Couldn't have gotten through it without her!!

This store offers small town hardware store customer service with the selection of a large store.

I've been to many Home Depot stores but the Loveland store is by far the best, most friendly, and well stocked store ever. Thanks to all the hard working folks there, I have a Home Depot I really enjoy shopping at.

Travis in flooring has been awesome and extremely helpful with our flooring purchases. We wouldn’t be going here if it wasn’t for him. Ally in customer service was extremely rude and one of the most unpleasant, unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and needs lessons on service.

Nicole Brantley has been helping us for months with our build. She’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and always friendly and easy to work with! She goes out of her way to help and gets things done! We appreciate her hard work, time and dedication! She’s even helped us after she’s gone home on many occasions! True angel!

Had a great shopping experience (even on Saturday!), helpful and knowledgeable employees had good advice to help me with my project and recommend good materials to do it.

Store has a nice layout. plumbing supplys not very well maintained and inventories on many needed items were low or none at all. Cashier was nice but old guy in plumbing department not to bright and had to apologize alot for being out of things, and slow as molasses.
