The manager, Mr David Begin is very warm & friendly to customers like us whom we met in the lawn & garden area the day before we went back to buy a gas grill. The store employees, particularly, Mr Rosendo Manzanarez go above & beyond to make sure we are satisfied in what we purchase until we leave. It was raining but it did not bother him a bit to get a loaded propane tank outside of the store for the gas grill we just purchased. He was helpful from the moment we approached him for our gas grill purchase until we finished loading the gas grill & the filled-up propane tank.

This store always has an amazing staff willing to help. Fully stocked and have always been able to find all of our construction needs under one roof.

Over the years have done a lot of business with this store luckily we know what we're looking for because the employees are not always that knowledgeable but have mostly been very friendly.

The store is very organize , clean and well stocked. Your employees are always very helpful and very polite . I live in Chowchilla and I don’t mind coming all the way to Madera if I have a good experience and if I find what I’m looking for .

All in all, a 5 star experience. Always special attention from department specialist. Cashier's always kind and courteous

My experience in shaping at Home Depot was pleasant, the assistance looking for products was good I recommend this store.

The employees here don't look rushed,also they are very knowledgeable about there products. The store is clean and at a good location (near by food)!

On 9 October my wife may enter the store went to the appliance department I was contacted by a sales associate by the first name of David he was very knowledgeable polite was able to explain all the different sales within the department and discounts on each different type of appliance we purchased a Washer and dryer a refrigerator and a stove David stayed with us without leaving to assist other Customers and ring up the sale David was neat And parents and used a good vocabulary my wife and I are well please with his assistance if I had a business he is exactly the type of employee I would want to work for me good job David and nice clean store also thank you

Store very nice, however, visit the paint department mostly and every time, and I mean every time no one at desk. Have to always have someone called to come man station. Others waiting have told me the same thing happens to them.

STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP EVEN IF IT'S NOT "THEIR DEPARTMENT". IT'S ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED.

This store is always stocked with great products, with fantastic employees and provide excellent installation teams for all jobs I have. The prices are good also.

This store is worth the visit for all you working projects. I have no problems finding all I need in stock. Don't travel any farther than necessary.

This store is always a great place to shop, it is well stocked and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Prices are competitive and the store is clean and has great parking to allow parking with a trailer.

The Home Depot store in Madera is a great place for purchasing Building Materials . I am a Wood Shop teacher at Firebaugh High School. I would like to see Home Depot step up and sponsor contests in the local high schools to promote Building Trades Education. There are contests already in place that need HD to partner with them in promoting Construction. The local Madera Fair has a Wood Working competition and could benefit greatly from HDs assistance in sponsoring awards for deserving student built projects. On the last visit (Tuesday) they were out of T 111 siding. I asked when it would come in. It took a few minutes and then the answer came back maybe Thursday. I went to Lowe's . The personnel are friendly. The store was clean. I got assistance when I needed it. The products are easy to find and so were the employee's.

The staff is super friendly and will always go above and beyond to take care of the customer.

Only reason I didn't give it five stars is because that would mean they're Store is perfect. Not so sure if any stores actually perfect . I have moved from different communities , and this Home Depot is as good as any and have better employees by assisting me consistently day today.

Mostly good overall, but great at the lumber checkout counter wit one specific clerk. The res of the checkout staff are just numbnuts. This one stands out because she is friendly, helpful and competent. Most of the rest are just collecting paychecks.

Kid named jose in the lumber department helped me get stuff all around the store very smart.

Kenny Crow, a sales associate from Home Depot, was very helpful, kind, and approachable. He went up and beyond to help me find the microwave that I needed and for a low price. Kenny also went as far as to take my heavy over-the-range microwave to my truck and delivered it with a smile. With this kind of assistance, it would make anyone want to come back and shop at Home Depot. Home Depot needs to continue to hire more people like Kenny Crow.

Amazing store the only thing lacking is employees to help costumers !!!!! When we ask help they just keep telling you someone will go and meet you there. You as a costumer go and wait and wait and wait and end up leaving or buying something and having to return it later because you got the wrong thing. Just train employees give them the knowledge to be more informed about costumer service etiquette

All the employees were friendly and helpful and this store has a great inventory to choose from. I feel most of the population of Madera shops at this store. The store manager does a wonderful job.

Solar salesman are annoying and make me feel uncomfortable. I'm shopping at lowes next time.
