When we go into the store here in town there is almost always a staff member around asking if we're finding everything ok. As well, we never wait extreme amounts of time in line.

Every employee I asked for help gave me their full attention and made sure I found what I was looking for.

My experience at this home depot was awesome. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and all the employees were making sure we were doing okay and finding anything we needed every few minutes. But I especially want to thank Sandy, she was really nice and also showed us all the options we had in what we were looking at. She also told us about PRO since we are looking into building quite a few things, she told us all the benefits m helped us sign up and even showed us how we can use our benefits when we are checking out. She was very helpful and is an amazing addition to Home Depot. Thank you Sandy!

Customer Service at this store is wonderful. Amber and Tamara both were so helpful in finding the items I ordered online and an item I forgot to get. Not just pointing and telling me an aisle number, Tamara walked me to the exact location and answered a couple of questions about a product.

This Home Depot is always great. The store itself is clean and well organized. The employees are usually helpful and super friendly compared to others that I've been to.

We purchased an LG refrigerator this past Sunday and were so happy with the salesman, Michael Krieger! Very knowledgeable and so professional. Answered all our questions and was very reassuring about delivery, as we had had a nightmare of an install of a dishwasher this past summer! Know that he will be there if we have a problem!

I'd like to recognize the entire pro staff for their knowledge, willingness to help and courteous service.

Today I came in looking for an extremely specific paint color that Home Depot doesn’t carry, two of the employees went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I left with the color I needed. Tom and Sandie are rockstars. Totally saved the day and my kids bedroom walls :)

I just moved from Florida and need to make some improvement at home and visited Home Depot Manhattan, KS and...wow!! what a wonderful experience! All workers extremely friendly, they made me feel welcome!, found everything I was looking for, I could visit that place even if I didn't need to buy something just because of how good they make you feel.

I had the best customer service at this branch of The Home Depot. From the paint department through the check-out, each person was patient, friendly, and helpful. I was never made to feel I was a burden. I had fun conversations with each person and left feeling I had made friends. Loved it!

Items were located where indicated on line. Thanks to Matthew who checked me out. Very helpful and friendly.

Ms. Kinsey took the time to ensure our visit to the Manhattan, Kansas Home Depot resulted in success. We were looking for parts to repair a shovel. Ms. Kinsey took the time to ensure we knew where to go for the various parts and offered to walk us to them. What an incredible person, full of excitement and knows the Home Depot like the back of her hand. We were satisfied and have left reviews on the Home Depot page to let everyone know how much we enjoyed our experience this afternoon. Having someone with Ms. Kinsey's care and patience ensured our needs in shovel repair parts were met and resulted in both of us walking out of the Manhattan Home Depot today pleased with our visit. The store was amazingly helpful! Especially Mat the friendly & professional employee. I am a 76 year old senior that needs help shopping & checking out sometimes. Want to thank Mat that he was there today to help me. That means a lot, because a lot of people just ignore senior's. Thank you again Mat for helping me! God Bless You!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for an obscure item and an tore employee knew exactly where in the store it was and walked me right to it. Check out was a breeze by a very friendly associate.

I have made several trips to the paint department of late - painting a new home build, and everyone gone above and beyond to make my shopping experience amazing!!

If in the market for appliances be sure to request Mike in that department. He is knowledgeable, patient, helpful with suggestions, kind and has a wonderful sense of humor. He is the best employee in this department we have ever encountered.

I came in to return the floor laminate and pick up a different kind of flooring when I was greeted by Elizabeth and Emily. Elizabeth was assisting me and Emily stepped in to assist as well even though she was not on the clock at that time. They also quickly secured the necessary help for retrieving additional inventory that I needed. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a retail store, thank you!

They say they would give Vets a 10% discount, yet they pick and choose the products that they allow the discount for. When you check out you find that only a fraction of the products you purchased are qualified. Lowe’s doesn’t treat vets like this. I recommend shopping somewhere that is honest about veteran support.
