Home Depot Manhattan is doing a good job of cleanliness, sanitizing, mask wearing, social distancing and general public health safety in this time of COVID-19 spikes.

ALL of the staff were very nice and helpful especially compared to other Home Depot locations!

I’m stopping at the store today for $150 worth of product was helped specifically by the store manager one of the ASMs Gary,and the self checkout cashier Tamera all three were amazing thank you all guys and thank you Home Depot

Home Depot provides masks for their employees, but does not have a store policy to wear them. Very few employees wear them and follow social distancing guidelines. I would not recommend shopping there until we have a handle on the pandemic.

The store is clean and the employees are kind and caring. Most of the employees are knowledgeable about the store in general, not just the section they’re assigned to. If you have any painting projects and have question I would suggest you speak with Miss Vickie in the painting area; she helped my daughter and I with our project and was so friendly and caring.

If I just want to go into Garden Center, let me stay outside & go straight into the Garden Center. Do not FORCE me to go inside, pass by others customers who are inside the store & be exposed to potential COVID-19 elements inside the store. TOTALLY unacceptable & w/o common sense to FORCE me inside the store & come into close contact with other customers inside the store when it would have been VERY easy to allow me to stay outside & be in a safer environment. Are you idiots or what? Maybe the employees at this store have mistakenly implemented policies that are not known or do not follow corporate procedures. It was totally unacceptable the way I was treated.

The store is great, much better than the other DIY large box stores!

I am a local contractor. I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in this location. I was ignored by staff. After checkout I had to go out the main door they have closed because I had lots of long lumber. Let the cashier know. As soon as I exited the building, I let Alice the exit monitor know. Was chewed out by Alice for not following the "rules". Never shopping here again.

I really appreciate all the safety measures that the Manhattan Home Depot has put in place to protect employees and customers!! Great job! You set the example others should follow!! Thank You!!

Friendly employees, easy to find setup which also corresponds with online locations, clean store

This Home Depot is by far the best in terms of cleanliness, quality of products, customer service and overall shopping satisfaction. Associates are interested in helping one find what they need. Actually, you can find associates in the aisles ready to assist customers!

The trees and plant sold by this store are always in very good condition that you always get what you need to complete a project.

Kathleen at check out did a great job. I was not able or did not interact with any other employee.

The Manhattan store provides every home or building project material, professional advice, friendly staff, returns are pleasing (no integration), and I particularly gravitate towards the impressive tool selection.

This Home Depot is amazing. The associates are actually in the aisles to help you, they know their products and where they are located, they are very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I've shopped in other large stores similar to Home Depot in our community and this store is far better. The store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked.

Had everything I needed for my kitchen. Associates were very knowledgeable.
