I ordered 10 bags of mulch to be picked up curbside. This was handled quite nicely. Your employee Dominick loaded the mulch into the trunk of my car. He thanked me for my service. Really polite and efficient.

I had a great experience employees were very helpful to me and my pregnant wife will be shopping there again and hopefully we can win the sweepstakes .

Got a delivery of 5 sixteen foot decking boards. They were banded to a sixteen foot wooden pallet. I asked driver if he would take the pallet, banding, and wooden chocks after opening the bundle,(which I did myself). He said no. I did give him a tip as a common courtesy, but I am not at all happy with the delivery. I am 70 years old, have a heart condition, and I am now stuck with all this trash. It is a real problem for me to get rid of. As a result, I won't shop at the Morganville store again! Very disappointed in the Home Depot! I don't consider this to be good customer service. Maybe you should include the cost of hauling crating back to store in your delivery charge.........

A huge shoutout to Kim from the pro desk for a great shopping experience. From start to finish, Kim went above and beyond assisting me to order windows. She was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. To top it off, she even remembered my name when I came back to shop! She is a wonderful employee and a true asset to the store.

I was sent to Marlboro from Howell because Howell did not have what I wanted and I was told that Marlboro was showing 22 of what I needed. There were none on the floor and customer service basically told me if it’s not out there then they don’t have it. I was frustrated for taking the drive. As I was looking for an alternative, Joe came by and listened to my saga. He looked into it and found what I wanted. Dave helped get the product which is as stored in another isle up top in boxes. Joe then checked me out at the self check out where we chatted with Joe, Dave and Joan. They were all so nice and went above and beyond! Best customer service!!!!

Plenty of parking outside, neat clean and bright inside, you'll find this store is among the best Home Depot locations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I normally do not write reviews, but this I must. I visit a HomeDepot everyweek at least once, so I know a lot about different Depots. What stood out the most for me was the outstanding customer service I received in this (Morganville location); it was quite shocking to actually have experience these days of people actually "treating people the way they want to be treated" mantra. Very, Very hard to find decent customer service these days. This location is a bit out of the way, but so worth it to go experince decency. A big special shout out to PRO-Desk Kim Cintron Excellent Service! another shout out to Janet Bray in customer service Excellent Service! both ladies I interacted with who made my experience so amazing. Another shout out to Sonia Rizk and Gigi Abadeer both great cashiers with excellent customer service and manners, both were very helpful when I needed to find something or checkout. Shout out to all the people the that work there, so gracious and helpful. I am actually going there tonight to place more orders. Just think I am closer to the Hazlet location, but going to Morganville to shop

This store is not just better than Millhouse Mills, it’s as if God himself “Let me make a tool store.”

Store was fully stocked in all departments . Employees were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to satisfy my shopping trip

This experience was much worse compared to other home depot improvement stores because I almost got into a physical altercation with one of the Home Depot employees with a nasty attitude who's name is Steven in the electric department. I am a very respectful contractor so I asked to talk to the costumer service manager which they where nice but the store manager Tracey Burke interrupted and was extremely rude saying she was going to kick me out the store saying she was the manager of the building. I decided to walk away and complain. I wish the manager for the building would stop acting like she owns the franchise and let the manager from costumer service take care of costumers. They are nice helpful people who care about the costumers and because as a contractor who does home improvement, we shop at home depot 4 to 5 times a day and always need good costumer service. At the end of the day us contractors are the affected ones.

"I gotta go to Home Depot. Ugh!" How many times have you though or said this? Obviously, you don't shop at the Marlboro store. Here you will find all you'd expect to find, PLUS outstanding Customer Service.

Definitely one of the better HD stores as far as helpful staff.

Employees have always been super helpful and nice on my visits. Especially Enrico in the tool rental.

Rude employees

Shopping in the Morganville store is consistently pleasant, whether you shop at 6 in the morning or six in the evening, weekdays or weekends. Everyone is helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and conscientious, from offering assistance to self checkout. The parking lot isn't bad. The rental department is very good. Help at the Pro desk is very good, and the staff at Customer Service is outstanding. Tell them Don W sent you! :)

This is not the biggest Home Depot, but it is the best, by far, that I've visited. Everyone is very helpful. Checkout is a speedy process. Customer service is the best.
