The people at all levels in this store go above and beyond for everyone. I've been coming to this store since it opened. However the hiring is done they do it right. This is a model store that all Home Depot's should emulate! They all deserve a little extra because of how they treat their customers. If you are in the area and with or without your kids also go see Santa and Mrs. Claus. The best pair around!

One of the resons I have continued to shop at this specific Home Depot is your employees. They are always friendly, knowledgable and willing to help or explain what additional products will help my job go easier or faster.

The store has most of what's needed to do my projects. The employees do their best to assist you. Not always successful, but most give it their best and honest effort to help. Small store, so some of the products may not be in stock at the time, but common household items are usually in stock.

Mr.Patel at checkout saved me considerable money by persuading me to sign up for a Home depot credit card, and reinforced my positive attitude towards the staff and the store.....This is my favorite location to shop!

Friendly staff

In spite of having to wait more than half an hour for my special order to arrive at the Customer Service desk the folks there were very accommodating and thoughtful. In particular the person loading my car (Mike) was fantastic. He hit the high water mark on ALL categories. Don't lose this one.

Great service and clean store to visit. More friendly stuffs are on the floor and willing to help. Especially thanks to Enrico and Janet from the Tools Rental Department. Enrico helped me to get the right tool to user for my project and make sure that I am clearly understand how to use the tool. Janet helped me returning the tool. Thanks.

I had a problem with a Weber grill that I purchased online from Home Depot. It was delivered in 2 days. I paid $89 for assembly at my home. The company that HD uses for the home assembly is a non functioning company. They were no shows on three separate occasions. HD online customer service was excellent. They got in contact with the Marlboro store manager, Joe, who agreed to assemble my grill. The assistant store manager, Viktor, agreed to pick my grill and deliver it assembled. The customer service reps, Josie and Michelle, were excellent. And finally, the two gentlemen who picked up and delivered my assembled grill were excellent.

The self checkout service staff is not friendly at all. She has some bad attitudes. I will not go back again.

It's not the rating for HD #6911, but for HD in general. Pushing low quality, defective, and dangerous products on the unaware consumers. Putting profit above quality, satisfaction, or even safety. Turned my cheek way too many times already.

Store is kept clean and products are easy to find. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I was pricing boxes that I wanted to match that my Housing manager had purchased for me. They were 55 Gallon black and yellow totes. I found on this particular visit that they were on sale for $19.98 that was $5.00 off the original price of $24.98 . I spoke with one of the store associates on the floor and he was very friendly and extremely accommodating . It was a Friday afternoon and I asked him if the boxes would still be on sale on the following Monday in just a few days. He was very helpful as he recommended if I was interested in purchasing to do what was called a Will call (At the time I only purchased 2 boxes but he took them to checkout for me and I purchased the 2 boxes and the cashier filled out the form for the Will Call and then put the boxes on hold for me till the following Monday) This was very convenient and helpful. Also I came back on the weekend and bought 4 more boxes on the Willcall as they were still on sale. I picked up all 6 boxes on Monday the cashier remembered me an had my boxes ready and she went outside and got a wheelbed and the store associate helped put my boxes on the bed and helped load our car. This was all very helpful and accommodating and I highly recommend this store.

Great store to have close to home. I wish the HD Franchise would raise the bar on the QUALITY of merchandise they sell. For example, if you buy driveway sealer that has a seal showing that it will last 8 years, and you do everything per specs, you should never see it fail within the first weeks or months of use!!!. At this point the price doesn't really matter, especially when you have to redo the driveway 8 times within that time frame. Purchasing a great quality product is the main and ONLY key to providing great service.

Jeff (D29) went out of his way to help me even though it was not his department. a definite asset to your store
