I had a problem with my order delivery. The Home Depot Martinez store employee was very helpful and understanding. The order was cancelled and I re-ordered anothe item, and provided a discount for my trouble.

Great friendly service with wonderful smiles

Learn how to refund bags fees and not waste customer time. Three employees and nobody could figure it out. Left store after 15 minutes of nonsense.

Went to get material for project but they only 10’ lengths After purchase I tried to get it cut in half but was told they couldn’t cut metal Asked for manager who proceeded to ridicule my car and make jokes about solutions of what I could do I had to return the item and was told to bring a saw the next time

We are new to Martinez this is our first shopping trip to Home Depot.

Shopping experience was fast and hassle free. Store was well organized and clean. Knowledgeable employees and great overall experience here.

This store has so much locked up its impossible to evaluate products. To make it worse it is too hard to find someone to help.

This store is set up and operates better than the concord store. No men begging for work when load my car. Never have to wait for help. The only downfall is the nursery. It needs major improvement

Hi, this was the third time I purchased appliances from Debbie Browning. I keep going back because she really knows her appliances, listens and gives good honest appraisals and really helps me pick out what I prefer. And twice now she has helped solve problems with warranties and deliveries.

Took the time to answer my questions, or find the answers. Walked to to another area to see if there was the product I was looking for. Let me know what time of year I would definitely find that product. All garden staff were amazingly nice.

Products were just where the app said they'd be and the employees were nice.

We recently have been painting our kitchen and bathroom and I want to thank Yeisin for helping me out being patient and thoughtful at the same time. They work efficient and quick.

I found some bolts that I needed that were lost during my move and now I can reassemble my exercise equipment.

In Martinez store Items on shelf are organized. NO items in open boxes that have been all rummaged through like at nearby Concord store

Amazing inventory of garden items. Staff extremely helpful. Checkout person in garden even offered plastic for the back of our car to keep the car clean when placing in the plants. She even tore off the pieces for us. Then when leading and walking to my car with 2 carts, employee came over and offered to help. He took a cart then helped load the car. He was very professional and friendly. This is the best Home Depot store I have ever been too!

This store stands above and beyond other box stores that I've shopped, and I've shopped plenty. I highly recommend the Home Depot in Martinez!

After 3-1/2 weeks without a refrigerator - trying to get it fixed, I went to the Martinez Home Depot as the staff are known to be friendly and helpful. Mario Wong was exceptional and made buying a refrigerator a pleasure. I am so very grateful for his expertise and exceptional customer service.

People are well trained, helpful, and NICE. wanted to pass along thanks to Keith for helping another customer load a big box into his truck. It wasn't heavy but big/awkward, and his help made that fellows day.

I have visited other big box home improvement stores, including one that is closer to my home. At those I tend to get the mediocre service and iffy product availability that seems to be the norm for such businesses. But the employees of the Martinez Home Depot are friendly and helpful, providing assistance without being asked. They rekeyed a locking doorknob without charge. They offered to help load a heavy item into my vehicle. From now on, the Martinez Home Depot will be my go-to store for my hardware and home-improvement needs.
