We have been to this store for many things on multiple occasions. Every time we are treated like they want us there, the associates are friendly. easy to ask anything of, they ask us if we need assistance. I would recommend this store to all. I have always been treated like a welcomed customer and I appreciate that. I will return.

This store was very clean and organized! It was very easy to find what we were looking for with the help of a wonderful worker named Duane! I definitely recommend this place as a fantastic place to shop!

Store was very well taken care of, staff was extremely helpful and willing to answer our crazy questions. Even though they were out of an item we were looking for they helped us find an alternative and recommended something better that fit our needs more. They were awesome. Will be returning to this store soon.

This store is well organized and professional with well kept isles and stock; excellent selection of quality items in inventory.

Clean, tidy store. I received friendly service in the lighting department. Cashiers were pleasant & quick. When I needed to return an item later, that was quick & simple too. This store is midway on the one hour trip between my home and my mother's. When I can coordinate a stop here, I will!

In the pass years bought ,new roof for garage. a grill for out side. and many other tool and material thing. the assistance very and helpful, store was very clean. all the associates were very friendly and like talking to then as well.

This store is bright, clean, displays are well done. We needed help and assistance was available immediately. We even had three men help us load our vehicle. It was freezing cold and windy and they were very pleasant even in the cold outside. The cashier was very friendly and pleasant. This is a great store to shop!

Everyone was very kind and attentive to me. I had a major mistake on my receipt. I needed the receipt to be perfect for insurance rebate. Upon finding the mistake, the problem was taken care of on the phone. I did not have to come back in because I live over 30 miles away.

Hey, I love these guys! Friendly, happy - they know their stuff. There's no pressure just help with a smile. They must treat their help well because they're always happy. They're also quick to service what they sell or offer advice on alternate ways to help you accomplish your project. I have found that if I can't find something, the help will take me to what I need. I like the fact that the store is kept clean, there's nothing to trip over. I would really like to compliment the store over the carts placed in the wood section that have seconds and odd-ball stuff on them; I often find a scrap of something I can use. Home Depot is the only store that has a 'customer friendly' policy about scrap. I also like your Saturday, kid friendly educational program - I'm going to bring my granddaughter to that. THANKS!

I BUY A LOT OF TOOLS AND MATERIAL FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND OFTEN NEED HELP AND ADVICE AND THE PEOPLE AT HOME DEPOT ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. I AM OFTEN FRUSTRATED AT OTHER PLACES WHERE I HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR SOMEONE TO HELP, OR CAN'T GET HELP AT ALL OR JUST SPEND TOO MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET WHAT I NEED TO GET THINGS DONE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN FRUSTRATED AT HOME DEPOT.

I returned a 5 gallon bucket of BEHR deck-over product that did not match a previous color I had purchased and the employee at the paint center quickly determined another employee had improperly mixed the required colors and provided me with a new 5 gallon bucket properly mixed and a 1 gallon can free as a demo product! Well played HD! This store is clean, spacious, and their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

If you are interested in carpeting and flooring I would suggest that you talk with Blaine. He did an excellent job in explaining the merits of their various products so we could make an educated purchase.

They almost always have what I need or have folks with answers or options. The store is organized well and as clean as it needs to be.

I have been using the Home Depot in Marysville often recently as I am doing work on my childrens' homes and my own. When I shop, I want in and out, most of the time. This location is staffed well, and the employees take the time to answer my questions and take me to the item if needed. They further pursue my needs for other items as well. I worked retail for 41 years, and I think there is nothing better than getting what you want, and in a short time period. This store does the trick for me. Cuodos! While I was still working, I read material about waiting in lines. The statistics stated "the average American spends 7 years of their life waiting in lines" Since I have read that, my time is my measurement of great service, and this store meets my standard.
