Not only is this store close by and has a good inventory, when we need lumber or plywood too large to fit in our vehicle, theye have the tools and the ability to cut to our specs at no cost, allowing us to do projects that would otherwise be a lot harder.

If you are looking for kitchen countertops go see Ron Fullenlove. Ron was great answering all our questions and super helpful and friendly. Not only did we get a good price that was within our budget he made the process of getting it started seamless. Thank you

The store was clean and staff was very very friendly. Nice variety of products.

Went in for some simple wall stakes to build a small retainer wall. John made it feel like I was building a house. He walked from end to end making sure I had what I needed. Very friendly and helpful. You don't find service these days like I got with John. Even on my small purchase. To John it didn't matter. His goal was my satisfaction.

Clean, neat and several associates ask us if we needed any assistance. Checkout was pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness.

Good helpful people there

The store is located on a main route that I travel so it is fairly convenient oh, it has the same layout of many of the other stores that I utilize while in Columbus Ohio it like any other store has several good employees but you can always find one that doesn't give 100% but I searched for the ones that have a passion for their job and it seems like I can find them I am happy with the brand the quality and of course the price is lower then other brands but still has a sound quality which makes for a great value. Most people that go to a place like that for repair parts for replacement units sometimes aren't always in a great mood because of the interruption in their life and the expense and time that it's going to accrue but it is always nice to see a smiling face at the cash register and Rhi today added to my shopping experience. Offered to help me with check out and ask me what she was required to ask me about getting a credit card and even though I refused she continue with the same happiness and enthusiasm to get me processed and even was very quick to offer assistance to help me load up what I just purchased.

Without fail I always find what I am looking for or at the very least a substitute. Store is clean and well maintained. The absolute best thing about the store is the Associates: They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to deal with them.

If you are looking to remodel your kitchen and/or bathroom, you MUST come here and work with their designer, Ron Fullenlove. You will get not only a fantastic design, but will also learn a lot along the way. We just bought a full set of beautiful custom cabinets and countertops for two bathrooms and a kitchen solely due to his fantastic consultation (although timely sales pricing from Home Depot didn't hurt). Thanks Ron!

As always the associates were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We travel 25+ miles to visit this store. It's well stocked and usually has a good selection of merchandise.

STAFF knew whom to see for specific assistance. Took us right to them.

Very happy overall with associates inside the store. But have had serval bad encounters when having a forklift driver load building materials (drywall concrete board, tile ext.)
