NEEDED A NEW REFER , WENT RIGHT IN AND BACK TO THE APPLIANCE SECTION GOT HELP RIGHT AWAY AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED US WENT SMOOTH AS SILK , WE WILL GET OUR NEW GE REFER IN A FEW DAYS AND ARE THANKFUL .

Everything in this store is clearly marked on the aisles. We went in for air conditioning filters and the staff was very helpful with our selection.

I’ve always gone to the Maryville location for the past 20 years. I can only say that employees are always very helpful.

This store has always been helpful. Seems like the current employees aren’t as knowledgeable post Covid. I guess that’s Home Depot’s fault but it ends up being the customers problems when employees aren’t knowledgeable. That’s why today was refreshing, Lois knew what to say and how to help. She is an asset!

I needed a new water heater and the guys that came seemed to not know what they were doing. I won't be using Home Depot for contracted work again.

I bought the Ryobi 18V power source and charger. We constantly hear on the news about the possible failures of our power grids. This tool allows me to use my Ryobi batteries To recharge my cell phone, use a household lamp or my laptop in the event of a power outage. This tool is now a part of my personal emergency preparedness plan. It is comforting to know I will have a way to power my cell phone should there be An emergency situation. Everyone to have this tool in their tool chest.

Chad assisted us with loading. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to.

I bought another Champion Log Splitter and a Champion Chipper/Shredder to replace a older Champion splitter and a BrushMaster chipper/shredder. When I have time, I plan to work on them to restore the level of use I came to expect.

I found exactly what I needed and a lady was there to help me.

Employees are usually friendly and helpful. Recently a female employee walked half way across the store to help me find something. Returns are easy and quick. Service desk staff is good. Cashiers are friendly. Store is well stocked, clean and orderly.
