I was in the store and Paul was GREAT helping me find things I needed, and ALYSSA the cashier was nice to me both times I was there. THANK YOU BOTH PAUL AND ALYSSA.

All employees were very helpful. Sergio in the kitchen appliance department was very helpful with our Whirlpool washer purchase and made sure all questions were answered completely. Store was neatly organized and clean.

Paul and Gwynn are the reason why I really shop there. Everyone there are great.

We were there for plants and Mulch! Everything was easy to find and the staff was Awesome!

Good general store...they have everything and friendly people to help.

The employees I dealt with directly were very helpful and pleasant. Melissa was in training at the register and was very professional and thanked me for coming to Home Depot.

When ever I need anything I go to the Maryville Home Depot and always leave very satisfied. The employees go out of their way to make you feel important and are professional, friendly and have a smile on their face.

Of all the home improvement stores we’ve been to, this store is the best! We never have a problem getting someone to help us. We have built a new home here, and are still finishing up getting everything to make it perfect. The store is always clean and well stocked. If there is something we want that’s not in stock, it’s been ordered and we have gotten it quickly. Every sales person that has ever waited on us has been knowledgeable, very pleasant, and eager to help. That means EVERYTHING!

I have said it before - for military - set up a profile in the computer. I got out of the service 60 years ago - I don’t have a military ID like you request. Your Farragut store doesn’t hassle me, and Lowe’s has a profile system. Gale the cashier very nice. And, don’t have his name or position, but a supervisor was very helpful. I don’t spend tons of money on equipment and lumber, etc, but have bought lawn movers and gardening supplies at HD. THANK YOU.

Debra at customer service went a on me. The lady cashier did a great job waiting on me and was kind and friendly. Thanks to the others who helped me and very sorry I did not get their names.

This store is fine but some of the employees lack customer service training or customer care. Upon purchasing a large quantity of items, I was told by the clerk that the coupon I presented should have been given to her prior to the checkout process (hey how about asking "do you have any coupons?"). l was then told that all I had to do was go over to the service desk to have the coupon applied (apparently the young lady was late for a cookout!), so I went to the service desk and was told that what the first clerk said was false and that all of the items had to be returned and then repurchased!!! What a colossal waste of time that was. And though the second young lady was helpful and tried her best, she still had to call a manager for assistance. I finally got checked out but Home Depot can certainly do better.

Do not order to have anything shipped to store or home they will change you time when it will get to you house and make you run around use up your time and gas to find out it was at the store the whole time. AND THEY WILL JUST LAUGH ABOUT IT

As I walked in I was greeted. I needed help locating an item and a gentleman was very pleasant offering me help and assisting me finding the product for which I was searching. Check out was very pleasant and quick.

I really appreciate the managers at the front desk. They surpassed my wishes about a problem with a previous purchase.

I had a great experience here. Karen, Jahnae, and Whitney went out of their way to obtain the merchandise I came for and were polite and friendly and sincere.

Home Depot has always been my go-to store for home items, projects and gardening needs. Employees are always helpful and caring. If one doesn't know the answer to something, they find someone who does. Layout of the store makes it easy to find everything. I've never had to question the quality of their products. They are always excellent.

The employees at the Maryville Home Depot are always friendly and helpful. Today it was the lady at the paints department who answered all of our questions, gave us many helpful tips, and got us just what we needed! We always feel confident recommending this particular store to anyone asking about home improvement and gardening needs!

I been coming to this Home Depot for almost 10 years now. I have always been able to find what I need as also great customer service from the employees. This store it's great as it.

Too dark and too cluttered. Not enough of a yard tool selection. Not enough landscaping options.

Associates in the garden center were very very helpful and friendly.

I do think that the store is operated professionally and efficiently.
