Just happy to get good service!

I bought 4 area rugs that are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality! The prices were reasonable and affordable!

I went to Homedepot to try to buy a fridge and was treated with the most dismissive employee Pam. She was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help or process the sale. Ended up leaving the store with no fridge due to the horrible customer service- all thanks to Pam!

I just went to look for some hot glue and a door nob and this amazing young lady by the name of Chloe helped me by telling me where to find my items and even showing me where they were! She is a hard worker and a kind soul who deserves a raise for her hard work. Will definitely be back to ask for her

As a regular customer at the Wal-Mart center I have finally given up on their customer service at the paint center and lot of their locations. I am switching to Home Depot. They know their paints and they can help you with your painting needs. They got the paint right the first time.

I had to place a custom blinds order and what I thought was going to be a long, drawn out experience turned out to be better than I thought. I was in and out within a reasonable time and all my issues were addressed. I live a bit away from that store, and there are others closer to my home, but they do not have the customer service this one has.

I would like to say "Thank you" to your employee J.R for his outstanding customer service this morning. I know you were busy; you came back as you said you would, to assist me with my home depot shopping needs. You even found me a shopping cart. You can tell you care about your job and the service you give. Keep up the great work.

Employees were very helpful and quick. Reps both in charge of the aisles and check outline are very charismatic which you don't see in may places.

Garden, lawn and other products are excellent choices to buy at The Home Depot. The store offers a variety of plants and vegetables that will grow year-round especially with the great South Texas weather.
