I have been a Home Depot shopper at this location since it opened at this location. I left for about two years. I came by to pick up a few items. I have noticed that the facility is better kept, neater isles, clean restrooms, the staff seems friendlier. And I enjoyed the personal attention of the store manager (Mr. Herman Ochoa). I did not have any complains, seems that people only want to talk to the manager when they are dissatisfied with anything. I just wanted to congratulate who ever was responsible for the better kept facility and the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff. At other locations when I have needed help, I have had to look all over the store and when I finally find one, they seemed disgruntled and sometimes mad and in a hurry to help get rid of you. This however did not happen at this location. Yes I will be back.

The staff is friendly and helpful when the avail themselves of servicing the customer. This particular location had all the equipment needed to get the task at hand completed. Thank you.

Easy to locate items and friendly employees

The employees who attended me today figured out what blade my jigsaw used and even printed out a users manual for my jigsaw. Great job guys!

My past visits to this store have been the worst..I never get any assistance from any employee at all. I tried to give it another chance and went back today to see if they had improved on their customer service..unfortunately the employees here were not given any proper training in helping customers at all and again I did not get assistance in what I needed.

Over the last few visits, have noticed a big improvement on customer service- I like that!

Your employees need to be more interest in helping all the customers and satisfied them. I purchased an $319.00 plus AC and no insurance because no one help me. not even the clerk at self service check out. one person helping all 4 registers and he was very anxiety. I lost money on returns not use because no help.

It’s really hard to find companies that are truly committed with customer service and customer experience, so far every time i go to my store everybody it’s always willing to help or to answer my questions. I always find everything i look for and the prices are very competitive. Keep the great service and i will be there every time i need something.

Nobody help me!

This store was amazing. I was greeted by every employee I saw. As a disabled veteran, I needed help and was helped through my entire visit by Mr. Herman Ochoa. I am very grateful for his help and I will definitely return to this store.

We are First time Winter Texans and had to do some minor fixes to our motorhome interior, so we headed out to your Home Depot and found what we needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shelves were stock and well organized. I do not like to go to stores where merchandise is all over the place or not in the designed place. Checkout staff were prompt and very helpful. Store very clean as well as restrooms. Much better than other stores I have been in.

This store has the most friendliest and most knowledgeable employees I have ever experienced at a hardware store in my 62 years. They were so courteous and helpful. I was so pleased I asked for the manager to compliment him on his staff.

Is little hard to find employee ask question but one you find them, they always help you

Store needs more service help personnel. Bought a 10K BTU A.C. window unit. Cashier help me load unit to flatbed cart. When item was purchased, cashier called store personnel to help me load it up to my vehicle. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes . Finally gave up and loaded it up myself. I'm 66 years old and have kidney cancer and on chemo. I'm a very independent minded person I don,t like asking for help form anybody but in this case I was afraid I might injure myself, luckily I'm still strong enough that I could load it up on own. 11/17/17.
