In the lumber department; never enough help, rude employees, inaccurate cuts and excessive wait times to finally get help. It’s a difficult job, but should not take it out on the customers.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. I get all my house-related items there, and the staff are always eager to help. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they'll special order it for me. Great store. We love this Meadowview sore. Ariyana was our sales associate in getting new oven with many options.

We all dread a trip to Home Depot we can admit it.. but if you come to this location and happen to run into laureate I promise it’ll make it a better trip! He was very helpful and kind and made me feel more confident about the project I’m doing. I’m very grateful!

Most floor employees do not know things in their Department and where things are in the store. To many young employees that don't really care about their job. Seems like they treat their job as a hangout Place more than work a place

I have been to Home Depot many times and have left frustrated by being unable to find an employee to help us. Today was clearly the exception. Brenda, Irene & Verma each went out of their way to help us all the while by being friendly, kind, and very professional! Wish Home Depot had more employees like the three of them.

Cashier Terrell (1003 00021 38154) provided excellent customer service! My card declined after trying to purchase a Christmas tree and Terrell was able to apply a small discount and I was able to purchase my tree. I can’t thank him enough! Times are hard and he showed customer service, and compassion. Thankyou again Terrell !

The employees try to make you go snap a photo of a price tag to prove the price is different from how it scans. They will not accept the same SKU from a mobile app. Outdoor plant sale of 2 for $20 had no SKUs so they wouldn't sell them to me unless I went and took a photo of the display. Absolute lack of initiative and general customer service from the employees. Severely understaffed store as well. If you go, make sure you are nice and well fed and rested and don't have to go to the bathroom, because you will be waiting in line for a long time.

I found a garbage disposal on the Home Depot website for less than $100. The website said it was in stock. IT WASN’T!!! I relied on that statement, but ultimately I spent more than I intended. My advice….. call the store first. It’ll save you time and money.

Meadowview Home Depot is out of my way as I live on the 99 freeway side, but I drive here anyways because things are always available. Thank you and also thank you Alex in Gardening for the assistance. You Rock!

This store is nice and tidy. It has many knowledgeable employees that are willing to help.

I really like this Home Depot. It's super clean and neat. The restroom is also very clean, and finding what I need is a breeze.

I purchase all of my materials and products from Home Depot. I have gone to other compeditor stores and found that the services and produsts are basically the same. however, Home Depot seems to be more relative to contractors and the people in the trades.Product availability and returns are of great importance to keep the projects moving forward.
