The Meadowview store is a great place to shop.

Assistant Store manager Randy is the best! He makes it a point to go above and beyond for the customer. Home Depot needs more management like him!

I do like going to the Meadowview and Freeport Store. I usually get more help there over the Florin Rd. Store. They have a gentlemen that knows his Blulbs and Tubes, lol. It sounds funny but anytime I go and he is working I always get the correct one and not only that but he also explains the difference in the types if I have questions. One day a young worker was trying to help and sending me off with an incorrect bulb. (I think he was new). I saw the Expert who had just returned from lunch. He told me that it was the wrong bulb, I told him that a young man helped and gave it to me. He then took me back to get a correct bulb and met up with the young man and explained the difference as to why it was the wrong one. He used good and gentle wording to the young man. It could have exploded according to the area that It would be attached to. I don't think I was suppose to here that but it definitely was an education for this young man.

I try to support my small neighborhood hardware store (Hollywood Hardware) as much as possible, but I also go to Home Depot a LOT. The size of their inventory is mind-boggling. And contrary to what other reviewers may say, I have always found their employees to be extremely well-informed and friendly. They are great at Christmas because they have more seasonal hardware than anyone else, including monumental display items. One thing I have often bought there is the small Stinger wet/dry vac. It is very portable, inexpensive, and surprisingly powerful. Don't bother with a Dustbuster -- get a small wet/dry vacuum.

Sale cashier CYNTHIA was very kind when we was checking out !!!!!! There was a gentleman that stopped to make sure we was doing okay he looked up in his phone to make sure we was heading in the right place !!!!! Great Place

Brenda from the paint Department was extremely helpful, retrieving a product from a wrapped pallet on the top shelf.

The store itself was well kept and employees seemed friendly, I would recommend this store. That said however, I had an extremely poor customer service experience at checkout on 9-2-20. I was in line waiting with 1 person in front of me and several people behind me. After the couple in front of me paid and left, I approached the register. The cashier Shashi walked out from the register and proceeded to walk over and talk to another employee for several minutes and stood there casually having a conversation, seemingly about nothing, just casual talk; no immediate pressing issue as far as I could gather. When she finally decided to return and scan my items for checkout, not a single word was spoken, no greeting, no this is your total, nothing. She just stood there. I looked at the total, paid and when the receipt printed out she stood there with the receipt held up in the air waiting for me to grab it, no thank you, no sorry for the wait, no nothing! She was very rude and disrespectful and at the very least needs to be retrained in proper customer service skills. A very disappointing experience. It's too bad that her disrespectful manners totally overshadowed anything else that happened while shopping in the store. While shopping around the store another employee as I walked by him in the isle greeted me with a smile and departed with have a good day. I wish I would have noticed his name so I could give him the recognition he deserves, kudos to him. Hopefully Shashi will get her act together and learn how to treat people with courtesy and respect instead of bringing down the whole store's impressions by being that one bad apple.

Awesome store very friendly and professional service and Emily was a huge help at the self checkout I visited on 08/31/20 at 7:02 PM she deserves credit for my sale and I just wanted to say thank you.

Yoceline cashier at register 5 needs to fix her attitude

I bought blinds at the Power Inn location, they didn't have one size I needed for a master bedroom. The Power Inn employee let me know Meadowview 3 in shock, I purchased it and did a claim check for Meadowview. That was a 13 mile drive from Power inn to Meadowview. I picked up the blinds at customer service with no problem. The friendly customer service cashier, Lettycia, pointed me to the flooring department where the shades can be custom cut. There Terry attempted to cut my blinds and broke them then said he would go get a manager for help. That wasn't a problem, if he needed help I was happy to have someone more experienced help. But Terry came back 10 minutes later without a manager and then claimed those specific blind couldn't be cut. The box said "Custom Cut Range" right on the box, I had those same blinds (different size) cut at Power Inn literally 40 minutes prior. I asked if anyone else could help but he repeated they were not meant to be cut. So I had to return them and drive 17 miles back home. I now have to do a custom order online for about $80 more because your employees are not trained properly and to lazy to get someone who does have the skill to help. I also asked that employee if he could do a custom order for me and he told me to just do it online myself. Horrible customer service, no product knowledge and terrible work ethic.

The employees are very helpful. This store exercises an old tradition of "May I help you?" That is very rare in other stores. It is always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot on Meadowview.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Winona was the employee that helped us and she went out of her way to make sure we left happy and with the product we came in for. KUDOS to Winona and employees like her, compassionate, caring and cares about what she does and helping those that need it.

If you want customer service and expect to be helped don’t come here :)

Decent store with very nice, long-term employees.

This is a well-organized store with most of what you need. It's a smaller store than others and doesn't have tool or equipment rentals. Nonetheless, there is a pretty good retention of employees, and they make it a pleasure to shop here.

I was happy with what I was able to purchase because of the attention of the young lady worker. The store was clean but maybe try to listen more when a woman is looking for tools! I was trying to surprise my husband who works in cryogenic’s & my son who is becoming an electrician with a major power tool purchases & will most likely continue. Now I will have to try the other places.

Tha store is full of all kinds of thing that you need for your home and it clean and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in there store. They want to and they will help you. Thanks from a happy and satisfy customer.

There always seems to be an employee available to help in every department! The store is always clean and well stocked.

There is a worker named Toni who has POOR customers service. Our baby hardly moved some boxes slightly and didnt make a mess at all. He yelled, got angry and said I have to clean that up while waving his hands. In front of other customers it was embarrassing, uncomfortable and unnecessary. We were watching our son and he wasnt making a mess and we fixed the boxes after. We most definitely wouldn't recommend anyone go in there with kids while he is working if this is how he treats people. We think it might be a racist things; because no one explodes over something so innocent.

We went to several competitors for a carpet quote. We didn't have the best experience and felt the quotes were too high. Then we decided to go to the Home Depot Meadow View store- and so glad we did! Our flooring specialist was Hayden, and he was excellent. He made the process so easy. Even though it was busy, he took his time with us and has a great attention to detail. We ended us saving money and had great customer service.

Very professional, nice and neat store would definitely go back and shop! Thanks to Kim S. I bought a new dryer and washer.

This is my favorite Home Depot considering I've been to them all countless times. The store at #1003 has a team filled with steadfast associates. I've never had one problem with their staff and look forward to going whenever I need something! #1003 is the only HD for me!!!
