looking for the megamaster LP grill. staff helpful in locating and loading the grill. The megamaster model 720-1066 grill is a solid product made of good materials. the best I found in this price range.

Natalie in customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Maybe she needs transferred to a different department where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. She rolled her eyes when we didn’t have an order number for pickup, and then told us we couldn’t ring up another item because they were short staffed.. We were the only customers around and there was a blonde girl behind the counter with her, as well as several employees walking by…We should have just walked out of the store with the mums she refused to ring up.. Do better girl or find a new job.

I am one of the crazy Halloween people and as always, the Mentor Home Depot made me feel like I was welcome and went beyond their job descriptions to assist me in finding what I was looking for.

I bought the Scotts Black Mulch when no other store in the area had any.

I bought a washer and dryer water heater paint so many things, and always been very happy with Home Depot in Mentor!

I was greeted and assisted immediately. The personnel assisted me with the mower, gave extra tips on maintenance and buying gift cards. Mower was price matched too.

I am NOT a fan of home improvements. I don’t enjoy it, it’s not fun, and somehow this Home Depot has always been helpful and made the process EASY! Who could ask for anything more!! Easy Peasy- the people are always helpful- I love that! And thank you! I just scheduled a tile install - and everyone was so so helpful and followed up through the whole process. Thank you Wendy!

Had to take note of how much nicer this particular Home Depot is to visit VS others. Better kept up, and friendlier associates.

The employees are very helpful and One in particular Sandi. She helped me buy a hot water tank. No pressure, she asked me questions about my old one, to determine what I might need or want. Very professional and friendly.

I was in there looking for wood and Someone was able to help pick what to use and I was looking for a torch and the help started off with one and ended with two people helping because we all started to look it was a greaT Home Depot experience !

We have many other home improvement and hardware store to choose from in our community. The Home Depot is the one we go to first. We feel confident and cared about each and every time we shop there.

Never have I ever felt so disrespected visiting any store ever. Wendy was absolutely atrocious. From one second to the next she flipped when I pointed to what I needed. She must have felt inferior or something. My goodness I couldn’t believe it. Other than that, love Home Depot. Loyal customer.

The store is always clean and easy to maneuver. If I need help finding a product, customer service or one of the employees on the floor have always been very helpful. They are also very attentive to the fact that I have trouble walking and ask if I would like assistance to load my items into my car.

Such a great and friendly staff, will actually take you down an isle and find the product you are looking for and not just point and say "somewhere down there", type of thing.
