Maria and Dorisol the sales cashier. Maria and Dorisol anre always very nice and courteous to all the customers today she saw that I was waiting in line and she called me over and asked me how my day was going. They took the time to go above and beyond to assist me the customer.

Purchased a microwave in store that was labeled with an online only discount. Felicia and her manger went above and beyond to help me! Thank you

Wanda the pro desk cashier always goes above and beyond. We go to the Miami Home Depot on 8 st literally on a daily basis for the past 5 years and Wanda has always been a super employee

It is nearly impossible to find anyone to help in this Home Depot. Every orange shirt I contact says the same thing "I do not work in that department." Occasionally they offer to get someone but that someone never shows up..

I love to find the BetterGrow orchids at an affordable price. I wish that they would include their names and cross information.

The customer service in this store is the worse I ever see

The new Manager, Josh, is making a difference at this store. Meeting customers and helping them go through the Customer Service line and adding cashiers. I could see him dash around the area making sure customers were being attended to. In addition, my casher, Ms. Yenicsa was so pleasant, sweet and efficient! I used to hate going to this chaotic and messy store, It’s finally turning around, thank goodness.

Today I went to make a return and the cashier once again counted wrong and did not give me the full return, after reviewing the receipt and realizing the mistake I went back to ask for the missing money, first the cashier did not accept her mistake, I insisted her to count the items returned again and get my full money back, I also mentioned that this had happened to me before, then another associate named Naomi told me that if it has happened to me before then I should go to another store and not come back to This particular store, which is total disrespect towards a customer, HOME DEPOT…since when are associates allowed to tell customers whether or not they can shop at a certain store? In the end, the cashier after counting again found out she miscounted and had to return the remaining money. No apologies and on top of that they felt offended for me having recovered my money and proving that they are wrong. Costumers shouldn’t be treated with this disrespect.

Got personal service when shopping for refrigerator filters. I asked at a desk in the appliance section and she had me sit down and went to get the filters herself; when one was out of stock, she filled out an online order and had it shipped to me. I paid for everything right there at the desk. Didn't realize they had that kind of service model.

I highly recommend this store because is always stocked of merchandise and their management is a great team so far all of the managers in charge are always striving for the best customer service .

If I could give this place zero stars I would There’s never anybody to help not an employee and not management they have terrible customer service skills and you can never find what you need because the store is always messy if you need help from a manager make sure you’re ready to wait from 30 minutes to an hour and if you’re looking for employee you won’t find one this Aro years of my life at this point just go to any other hardware store that’s around avoid this store at any cost

I went to the Calle Ocho Home Depot to get moving boxes. Walking in there were already carts blocking the door. I went to the moving boxes aisle and there were boxes in the middle of the aisle. A couple of employees just dodge the boxes and walked on. I got my boxes went to the self check out line because that’s where open registers were. I asked the cashier, if that’s their title, how to do a Veterans discount. He told me to put my number. I told him, I’m not registered in their system, what do I do? He rolled his eyes and told me to do it online. I asked where online. He called the person he was talking to earlier and asked her how to register for the Veteran discount. She answered with an attitude to do it on the app. I asked do you still have the bar code to scan for military discount, while showing my military ID. She said no and walked away.

CURTISA, the customer service representative that took care of us made the difference in this visit to The Home Depot Calle 8. Unlike others representatives, that usually put obstacles to help customers, CURTISA was so professional, very helpful, showed us a clear knowledge of what she has to do, and with her beautiful smile was able to resolve our issue and gave us the solution we needed. The Home Depot must be very proud to have her as part of its staff. All companies would desire to have some like her.

This store is conveniently located, and generally has good stock. The service, however, is terrible. Store employees are untrained, ill prepared, and simply not looking to help. If you expect to need any assistance, I recommend shopping at one of the other Home Depot locations, or preferably at another chain.

There is zero customer service at this store. Rude inept people. It’s never their department. Even curbside is a challenge. Stay away.

I found everything needed

I just purchased some magical husky gloves and it was like magic… I just thought about the gloves while walking and they just popped up right there for me and in my size. I didn’t even take a gander at the signs, it’s almost like they just came to me and for this I am grateful.

Asked for help in plumbing twice in an hour, no one ever showed up. Website says they cut PVC for you if you purchase. Two employees told me differing opinions - one said yes they cut and another said no. Lots of employees walking around but not sure they are actually working. Except a handful. Sunday around 8am
