This is a very busy store. There was no one at the front entrance. Usually there is. There should be someone at the front handing out flyers so people can review the specials.

I want to give you a review of MILLY GONZOLES, the amazing person on the phone in Customer Service when I called on several occasions for curbside pickup. In years past, when I called HD, I have been put on hold for many many minutes. Miley never let me wonder what was happening! On every occasion she was right back to me with answers and help. She has been so helpful, polite and diligent every time, I wanted to let you know what a special employee she is and I hope she will be recognized for her hard work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a refrigerator in early June, delivery came in Mid July. The day it was delivered which was yesterday, it was defective making all sorts of noises and they had to take it back. Now they are offering me the same one and can not be delivered until September ! Who can be without a refrigerator until September? No accommodations to an older man like me. 86 years old and my wife 74! Unacceptable service. I will be purchasing at Lowe’s and possibly paying more for quality service.
