I don't normally shop at "Big Box" stores but needed something that was only available at Home Depot. when I walked in Ashlynn was awesome. her friendliness and personality made it feel more like a small town hardware store.

Like other retailers Home Depot won't move the stock around, in order to have you walk endlessly looking for what your trip's purpose is for. As God is my witness.

Prefer to shop here due to staff’s engagement with customers and stores neatness; but is further away from home compared to HD in Fleming Island.

We went in today to buy a new fridge and boy are we glad we ran into Annette!! She was excellent and very knowledgeable about all of the refrigerators on the floor! She was able to help us compare our current fridge to all the potential replacements. Mind you, we are placing the current fridge in the garage to replace the old one there and since they both came with the recently purchased house, it is better to replace the current with a newer fridge. Annette was very helpful with the selection and purchase!! I love the Middleburg Home Depot, I have not had a bad experience at this store! All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this store!

There is a young man named Malik that helps me every time I come into the store, no matter what I am looking for. He walks me right to it. He even helped look at specific tiles and held them all up when I was redoing my bathroom just so I could see what they would look like from a distance. He’s very knowledgeable so I try to find him when I have to find some thing in the store that I don’t know where it is.

Sales staff and floor assistants are always courteous and overly helpful. At this location, the checkout clerk Melissa was a real pleasure to have her assist me. Her smile and disposition made me feel Welcome and glad I shopped at this location.

I always enjoy shopping at my Home Depot, They have good quality products at good prices. If they don't have the product they will help you find it somewhere else. Usually they have everything I need, or they will order the products that I am looking for.

I am a pro customer and frequent this location at least four times a week of not more and the staff is the best compared to All the other Home Depot’s in Florida Montey, Bea and Haydee and Jill are a pleasure always

This Home Depot always has great availability of products. The associates are friendly and helpful. I shop here frequently for our new home needs.

As I navigated myself through Home Depot, your associates were like MEH , no joy just going through the motions of the day, aisle ways cluttered , a meh experience until Michelle at checkout, he took the time out and patience to assist me with my veterans discount and the app on my phone, then provided me with a flyer to post at my VFW to help us spread the word

Bought screen door and installed it myself and haven't had any problem over a year ago

My wife and I went to the store to buy interior paint. We had many questions. We were helped by P.J. and Ahren who had all the answers needed and were also very pleasant. A good shopping experience.

I am really amazed how customer friendly and military friendly this store is. I'm extremely grateful for all of them. Employees who have come in contact with who have helped me as I navigate through trying to fix up my home.

From the time I got off my car, any personnel I encountered in this store, said hello to me, and asked if they could help! Nice job to the store manager for the great training of his/her people

When I first walked in the store was not to impress about the appearance of the store too many carts of freight I am around very few people to put it out but they were working as hard as I could to get it done but the most important thing that turned me around was when I was checking out most best experience I’ve ever had thanks to a beautiful lady Mrs Haydee you need more of her the best employee I have seen in a long time

I have visited Home Depot many times, and this was the first time in a long time that someone was so helpful and on a night that I wasn't my best. Victoria, the cashier, made my night better with her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her help allowed me to get home and continue my project with ease. I hope that Victoria is recognized for her professionalism and great customer service. She not only handled my order, but she also did so with such grace and mercy. She is truly an asset to the Middleburg Home Depot.

I always find the parts I need and I always have someone there checking on me but also helping me if I can't find something or giving me advise and suggestions for my projects, which have ALWAYS worked out and saved me money. These guys are THE best!

Store location near major roadways makes store a desirable shopping experience. Not only for the item needed but for those items I was remindèd I could use on other projects. While there I would like to be comfortable and enjoy a good hotdog and cup of coffee sitting with invited friends and have easy access to store employees from within the mobile inside deli.

Purchased 5 appliances and then paid to have a dishwasher installed. When they delivered all of the appliances the only thing they did was hook up the water lines and drain line to the washing machine. The dishwasher they just pushed it into the space w/o installing anything. Power line laying on the floor drain line hanging in the cabinet and water line not hooked up. Driver handed me a water line for the refrigerator, power cable for the stove, and the dryer vent for the dryer. Store personnel were outstanding. The assistant manager handled this complaint by refunding the installation fee and a percentage back. The products are great would rate them 5 star but the delivery team should have been negative 5 stars.
