Another employee who didn't feel like doing their job told me home depot doesn't sell air purifiers. Haydee helped me find where they were and was thorough in searching. Best customer service I've had at this store

Of all the Home Depots we visit, this store has a complete and wonderful selection of all materials. They even have hard to find items. I would recommend this store to anyone without reservation!

After repeatedly showing my military ID and stating that I am a veteran the cashier did not include my 10% discount. And while this in and of itself is a minor point what gives this shopping experience a one star review is that has has happened three times with the same cashier.

I walked through the store and passed several associates and not one asked if I needed any help. I checked out through self check out and was asked if I wanted to open a HD credit card, I said I already have one, then she asked if I wanted another one. I asked her if she would want 2 credit cards for the same business and she said yes. Really? Does this marketing really work? I found it extremely unprofessional.

If you’re going to pursue a remodeling project, the place to go is Home Depot. They are Head and Shoulders above others like Home Advisor and Angie’s List.

It would be nice to have a little value added service after the sale..... Thank you for bring my insulation out to the truck, but one more step of tying it down for me would have been nice instead of saying to me.....we are not allowed to do this and use the excuse that COVID19 is the cause.

Their policy on purchasing sod only at customer service is terrible because the staff do not know how to take the orders correctly! And, leaves the customer in limbo.

The store was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Associates was all very helpful. I love shopping here for my home repairs. It's also pet friendly. I took my little pooch in with me. Everyone loved her. One of the associates named John, even gave her a doggie biscuit. Thank store association made John us feel very welcome. I don't mind spending my money in stores like this Home Depot.

I was very disappointed in a product I ordered online. I called the Middleburg Home Depot and spoke with Kelly who TOTALLY put my mind at ease! I was SO FRUSTRATED at first! She made me feel assured that everything would be ok and I would have the product I wanted. She even apologized for me being dissatisfied. She told me to return with the product and they would make it right! I arrived and she greeted me at the store and she did EXACTLY what she said she would---->she took care of EVERYTHING! Now, I am a happy customer again! Kudos to Home Depot for having such an OUTSTANDING employee who makes her customers feel like "they matter"! Because of Kelly, I will be returning AGAIN and AGAIN!!!!!
