Friendly and knowledgeable employees

You guys have a great team very helpful and each person is very knowledgeable of their area as well as other areas. That really impress me and it shows that they care about the customer in trying to making sure that no matter who they run into they can be very helpful and of great use. I love going here GREAT TEAM!!!

We always came here to buy what we need to my work

Our Home Depot has been a crap shoot in the past. Overall the help has been sparce and in some case, useless once you find them. I had had a very bad experience with a manager this past summer and stayed away for some time. Went to the other guys. BUT, today was what I would expect from Home Depot. Associate was right there and took care of us right away, and friendly. I hope the store is in an upward swing with knowageable staff that are easy to find. One warning, do not get hooked into their soft water program. It's been a very expensive experience including the service. That's all for now. Stay warm.

Items were easy to find and the employees were great at helping and locating items

I HAD TO WAIT TO PICK UP AN ITEM DUE TO BOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS TAKING PHONE CALLS AND NO BACKUP AGENT HELPING THOSE WAITING IN LINE. MAY NOT HAVE BEEN AS BAD, BUT AS SOON AS ONE AGENT GOT OFF THE PHONE, THEY TURNED AROUND AND MADE ANOTHER PHONE CALL. MEANWHILE, THE LINE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GETTING LONGER. I HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 20 MINUTES IN LINE WHILE TWO AGENTS WERE ON THE PHONE.

This store always has the best employees and they are always so helpful. Thank you Home Depot

The associate who was alone handled the long line well. She called for backup. Associates came from everywhere, very professional, friendly, and fast.

If you have plumbing issues go see Cari at this store in the plumbing department! He will help you with whatever you need! He is very knowledgeable and will give you his personal recommendation on products if you ask! I highly recommend him!

Marquise is one of the best people to assist you in finding and understanding exactly what you need for you project or task.

Received exceptional customer service from Sharon and Marlon. The online ordering system had glitches and told me an item was out of stock when the day before pics had been taken! Had to go into the store to order but was helped by an exceptional employee, Sharon and her co-worker Marlon. These days it's hard to find any workers at any type of business, corporation, etc that takes pride in their jobs and even cares about the customers spending their hard-earned money there! Well, Sharon & Marlon cared and provided exemplary customer service and I will return to this store! Thank you Sharon & Marlon for making a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. You guys were incredible!! I hope your managers recognize how special you guys are. Stay safe!!

I was sent to buy pvc connectors and drill bits,having no idea what I was doing or the large number of options I was overwhelmed. Kepwe was patient, asked questions and help me narrow down my choices to the correct items.

Never had a problem with returns or getting advice

Man I had a hard to find fitting and Marquiz stuck with it and got it done. He made my project a success!!!

Directions from an associate got me to the right department, found what I needed, and easily checked out through self check out.

3 days at this home depot everyday. Staff stands behind computers talking and laughing at pro desk allowing long lines and not taking care of pro customers. Seen same a South store 5 days ago. Since customers are inconvenience maybe I should take my 50,000 plus per year else where.

I was at the self check out and the employee that was there to assist was the most kind, friendly and most helpful in my checkout and explaining the offer I participated in which saved me $50 toward my purchase. Excellent young man.
