We were just doing some shopping and knew what we were looking for and our cashier Kathy was very friendly and could keep up a decent conversation.

Found what I came to purchase quickly. Store seems to be well organized. Employees were friendly and offered help.

Very good selection of lumber

I purchase a deep freeze on 12/29/2021 and additional items for my refrigerator. I had no model number but was assisted by a store member that went beyond the norm in help to ensure I got the correct water and ice filter for my refrigerator.

I went yesterday for basic supplies and was overwhelmed with the politeness and helpfulness of the employees

I returned some items well beyond the return date for a cash or credit refund. Rebecca was patient, looked up the details and provided me with a gift card, never ever appearing to being annoyed with me.

Bought new battery drill (Dewalt). Pricing and selection were great! Floor personnel were very helpful in determining correct product for my application.

Yesterday, I bought a hot water heater and I am completely satisfied with the product! It will be installed today so I can have some hot water...yaaaaa!!!!!

I was so frustrated with my purchase online but a employee by the name Emilee at the customer service station help me with patience and professionalism

No one showed up when we asked for help with specific air compressor fittings/adapters, however, another employee was very helpful in locating another product we searched for. We like the Moore, OK store better.
