I found what I needed on one item and before I could ask on the other item, a store associate asked how they could help me! Wonderful!

I went online and purchased a lawnmower from this store. It was ready for pick up within a couple of hours. After contacting the customer service desk letting them know that we were parked outside, two customer service representatives brought the lawnmower to my vehicle and loaded it into my van. I did not even have to walk inside the store. It was great customer service.

Joyce is very helpful Polite and nice .very hard to find these days

We purchased a refrigerator and stove and Tammy made it a very pleasant experience. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and had a great personality. She answered any questions we had and very patient with us. I wish more people would be like Tammy.

I needed to return some items and Cathy and Ryan at the service desk were wonderful. No problems returning items. Great attitudes; very helpful. I saw other employees and they were also very pleasant and friendly. Store looked clean and tidy. Would shop there again.

Went looking for a real Christmas. Home Depot carries Fraser Firs we found a great looking tree for a fair price. The customer service in the Garden Center was exceptional along with a friendly greeting at the check out.

The associates here are friendly and helpful. As a woman, I am sometimes talked down to when I shop for a project. I don't experience that at our Home Depot. Thanks for that!

They have eliminated real cashiers at the checkout. No scanners available for checkout of heavy or bulky items. Had a real person at the Contractor's checkout, but the rest had to wait at the self checkout for the availability of a portable scanner, Checkout process really sucked. The rest of the shopping experience was ok, but the checkout left a really bad feeling about the whole visit.

I was greeted by every single employee. I was asked by everyone I encountered if I needed help. When I needed assistance they were quick and efficient. The absolute best part is that they were genuinely happy to help. This is my store for all my home needs and I will be coming back.

This local store is in a very convenient location. It always is clean and well organized. I was needing a new toilet and found exactly what I was looking for and it was even on sale.

I ordered 6 remaining window sash springs in inventory online. I was pleasantly surprised that inventory was accurate because the next day it was ready for pickup. I picked it up and didn't wait long; less than 5 minutes and I had my package in my hands. The staff was pleasant and made me feel important. That is important in a world of horrible customer service. I experienced outstanding customer service this evening at this location.

Just be aware that at this store, same day pickup orders are NOT actually available same day. Caused me a ton of inconvenience when I could've just gone to the store myself and then I would've actually had my product, instead of sitting around waiting for a notification that never came.

I found what I came in for, but I was overlooked by several store employees before I had to stop one of them to ask where the product was located I wished to purchase (he didn't know!). Another senior employee overheard my question and sent me to the correct area of the store. I quickly located what I was looking for and used the self checkout which a nice store assistant helped me with and I was on my way. Customer Service Home Depot. Customer Service!

As was previously stated the merchandise was easy to find and the person in lawn and garden who rang us up was very pleasant.

Employees are helpful if you ask but do not approach you and ask if you’re finding what you need. Like happens in other Home Depot’s . The carpet department is not helpful at all though. Went in there to buy carpet was told to wait then after waiting 20 minutes the lady just walked off without a word.

The store is filled with wonderful employees readily available and eager to assist. Patrick went above and beyond to ensure our experience was informative and efficient. I highly rec commend this retailer being your first pick when it comes to home improvement stores!

Melony has taken such great care of me for for over a YEAR now! She can help with counter tops, cabinets and much more. The whole Home Depot team has always been friendly and nice, overall making it always a great place to shop!
