Great store; great products; great people!

Such amazing staff members ! I wasn't in the store 5 minutes and was greeted by 3 staff members asking if we needed help. And then told us to have a great day. Employees make the store and you have some great ones !!

This Home Depot is the only onw in our area and I have shopped at other Home Depots and this one is the best so far. I live on the southside of South Bend, In and wish there was a Home Depot closer than Mishawaka. The prices are better than other stores I shop.

Store was well supplied with the items I was Looking to purchase Employees came up to Me to ask if I needed assistance and were Very attentive to my request

This store has an online store map where you can search for what you need and it shows you where it is in the store, a super helpful tool! The employees are very efficient and kind and the store overall has a clean and friendly atmosphere.

The customer service exceeded our expectations! Lynn was a wealth of information with our lawn mower purchase! Larry in plumbing was very helpful, Stacie at check out was friendly, and Pam genuinely thanked us for shopping at Home Depot! Store is very clean!

Great Employees

I would go to this store if closer to where I live, and this store has the employees that care for the customer. I like Home Depot over your competitors.

I did not need staff help but all the staff was eager to help me.I was asked several times if I needed any assistance.

The store was clean. Very friendly and helpful associates.

My wife and I found and purchased new lightening for our kitchen. The associate (Amy) in the electrical department was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and instrumental in helping us find the lightening we were looking for.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. EMPLOYEES WHERE VERY HELPFUL. HOWEVER THE RESTROOMS WERE NOT CONVENIENT TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE, DIFFICULT FOR IN-FIRMED PERSON.

The employees all seemed to be busy yet when we needed help they were there to lend a hand to our needs. They even suggested some items we might have wanted to make our project even better,good job!

We are consistantly pleased with our Mishawaka Home Depot store and it's employees.

Very disappointed that I purchased 2 doors and a knob on a Friday came back the next day Saturday (even prepaid) and the door knob was on back order it wasn’t on back order when I bought it. Whom ever failed to pull my order. I was told it would be instore Thursday I had a carpenter waiting to install they would not release my order that again I paid for so when I drive all the way back I will be returning for a full refund I work retail and this customer was not taken care of

I have always found the employees courteous and helpful. I have never walked in the door without at least one employee asking if I needed help finding anything. I like this old fashioned approach to customer service! If I don't need help that's ok I just say no thank you, but often times I do find assistance gets my shopping done much more efficiently. Thank you

This Mishawaka, IN Home Depot is very under staffed. Need more employees available in each department during hours that store is open.

Bought a husky 52” tool chest online for pickup in store. The brought out one that had my name on it, then upon checking out they had “found another one” taking the “other one” home unboxing it (this thing is large) I found out that it had a bent top lid. So to me it appears that they gave me a scratch and dent as the “other one”. Sadly it’s too big to load back up and take it back.

SOMETHIMES WHEN YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK YOU JUST WANT TO MEET FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND THEY WILL HELP TO MAKE YOUR JOB MUCH EASIER.. MIRANDA WAS EXTREMELY KIND WITH ME. STORE CLEAN NICE PEOPLE.

STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IF THEY DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER TO A QUESTION, THEY CALL TO GET ASSISTANCE . VERY NICE STORE.

Plumbing associate Harold was disrespectful, rude & condescending. However, associate Ryan at Service Desk could not have been nicer and more helpful- going out of his way to help me. Other than that, no complaints about the Mishawaka store. We have shopped there in the past and will continue to shop there. I, however, will avoid associate Harold in plumbing.
