- I feel like a home when enter into Home Depot store because I got a grand welcome greet from the team. - Thanks to customer service to helped for a quick return and Home Depot gift-card to purchase other products. - Team guided me to find the products very easily based on the categorization of products per sequence. - I purchased two products and they made my day: 1) Ryobi Trimmer: This trims very nicely and fast, battery performance is an hour which helps me to complete the trimming without any break. 2) Ryobi Edger: I am so happy with the performance of this durable product. Strong blade to edge the gross very easily. Before purchase this product, I worried about blade but no harm at all and full security. I was able to trim and edge the lawn gross within an hour. This saves my time and now I got twice as much rest. I am happy to recommend these products for your home needs as I am also so happy with quality and performance. finally thanks to billing team to quickly accompany me and complete the billing.

Cashier in the garden area did not greet me or say ANYTHING during my transaction. Not a word. This person is a major liability to Home Depot. It would be best to remove him from dealing with customers because it will cost you money in the long run.

I was looking for a refrigerator for over a week and met Terry B who was so knowledgeable and patient. I gave him my measurements for my old refrigerator and he found one to replace it. Just that fast. He knew what he was doing so I purchased a refrigerator and the protection plan which I never do. He also gave me a delivery checklist to make it easy for me when they deliver it. My wife and I do most of our weekly shopping at homedepot. The only things that Home Depot is lacking or don't carry is grocery items like meats, fruits and vegetables.

We bought 6 major appliances at Home Depot for our new home. Our salesperson Roquel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in this transaction. Even after we changed our minds Roquel made the changes with fast & friendly service. A++++++++++++ 5 STARS!!

I had excellent customer service today from your employee named Mariellen B., from the hardware department. She went above and beyond to find, and bring me, the product I was looking for. Another employee had told me the store didn't have that product. Mariellen was so helpful and I really appreciate it!

Made a purchase on 03-06-2023, And it seemed as it got crowded for a little but Mr. Hayden went above and beyond to meet everyone’s expectation and reached out to help me on the self check out register. I was surprised because most people don’t do that now day’s and Mr. Hayden brought professionalism and quality in his position. Times have changed but not this Home Depot employee, you guys hired the right person for the position and wish him nothing but success in his near future! God bless.
