I love our store in Missouri City my husband and I purchased a front door and the customer service was exceptional and very pleasant. We learned a lot about doors and locks hats off to our specialist and on the clean well stocked store also the associates care about each other there was a large noise and I heard employees asking if everything was alright it made me smile .

This store has some of the most friendly personnel in the retail (not just hardware) business. I'm writing this review because of the last awesome customer service experience I had during checkout. The person that assisted me was Nicholas. If you visit this store, you're shopping experience will conclude in a very, very pleasant way. The hiring authorities got it right when they brought him onboard!!!

Super impressed with the 3-4 young men in the lumber department tonight. The product I was looking for showed Online that the store had 48 of them but there was “0” on the shelf. I ask the young man to help me. He and a couple other guys looked it up in the computer and immediately went to find them in the back, bringing them to me on a cart. Super friendly and went the extra mile to help! Very impressed. Most people now days would have just said “no we dont have them” . I wish I would have gotten there names!

This is my go-to location. It’s not only convenient but the employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

The employees are rude, and have bad attitudes. Good luck getting help at this store.

Too bad the store has the signs for mandatory masks wearing during Covid-19 but they don't enforce it. Two customers were self checking out with no masks, I have shown them to the cashier and she said that she can't do anything. The irony is that they also needed assistance and she went to them without mentioning anything about the masks. I won't go there again.

The store is clean and employee are ready to help you in case of need.

It's always a great experience at my Missouri City store. People ready and eager to assist with a smile. All taking the necessary precautions for Covid19.

Our neighborhood Home Depot was wonderful. Extra precautions are taken to make it safe to shop and the manager Tevin was wonderful to work with. I strongly suggest shopping for your home improvement projects at this Home Depot. It was a very different experience at the other Home Depot store that I visited in Sugar Land

Employees are rude, and are too busy talking on cell phones and eating at the check out to be bothered to help customers. Seems everything is the responsibility of someone else to help you. Absolutely dread going to this location!!! Unfortunately, they had the material I needed. Sugar Land location is not that far away. I will drive the extra distance to receive some actual customer service.

Good to see the improvements they have made in customer relations in the past year or so. They offer different products than some of the other home improvement stores.

If you don't have an hour or more to wait for assistance in the design center don't go to this location. Juan and Terry are awesome one you get with them. It takes more than 5 min to get anyone to answer the telephone to get any assistance.
