I love the employees in this store. Everyone is extremely friendly and eager to help. Top Notch customer service in my opinion.

If you want a quick and easy checkout while paying cash, think again. You have to go to cashier on either end of the store, not the most convenient location.

Ask for Drew!!! He knew what I needed for my flowers just by me explaining what they were doing!!! Denise is a great Cashier!!!

The store was clean and organized.The associate Mrs Darlene was very helpful and knew exactly where to find the products which I found impressive! All the Home Depot staff are Always friendly and I like the people there.

Love the brand items and overall feel of the store. Easy to find items and great up to date choices for upgrades. The offer of installers who are licensed and bonded are a relief

This is my go-to store for fixer-upper projects. Twice today employees quickly and politely helped me find things I wanted. Today I even bought stuff to make something for my pets. It was easy to get exactly what I wanted, because each item had several choices and brands to select from!

Great store and staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and organized. It's always a pleasure to stop in and look around for items I could use for various projects at home and work. The only downside to this store is the traffic one has to bear, just to get to the store.

I was just waited on by the most helpful and accommodating employee at Home Depot. He is always helpful and tries his best to assist you. I have begun to make sure I look for this individual when entering the store. Thank you, for definitely providing excellent customer service.

Great for home improvement but not for painting needs

TONI in flooring was WONDERFUL!!!!!! The gentleman who pulled our order when we went to pickup (Sorry-didn't get his name) was GREAT!!!!! Everything so far has been wonderful! Flooring being installed as I write this and it looks great. Jason helped with another thing that needed to be adjusted and again the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT

Best Home Depot store in Mobile...no complaints only praises for all employees.I was in the retail industry a few years ago and wish I had such dedicated professional employees as I've encountered at Home Depot #0865...also clean , well stocked and well lit...keep up the good work and pat yourself on the back for a job well done!!

Hard to get any help here. They push it off to another employee so basically you're left on your own. No cashier available...it's ring it up and bag it yourself even if it's an awkward purchase!

A young lady at the cusp yet service desk was very helpful . She went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I had the right product. She welcomed every customer. Need more workers like her. She even helped me to apply for a credit card . I will do much remodeling soon. She’s a great sales person !

They had the flooring we wanted in stock. We drove from Daphne to Mobile (25 minutes) to get the flooring for our living room and dining room. Multiple associates passed as we had to move two appliances to get to the flooring we wanted. Another associate actually stood and watched my husband finish loading and move the appliances back. We were not offeeed help to load our vehicle. Very disappointed.
