Looking to upgrade a recently purchased house, I shopped around and found Home Depot had the BEST prices in comparison to some of the competition. But better yet, Mr. Orlando Andino as an employee! As a woman who recently broke away from an abussive relationship, it was very overwhelming walking in to a store with an idea and intentions, but with no clue how to execute. Mr. Orlando Andino, aka the "Coach" was not shy to convert my ignorance into confidence! He assisted and guided me in every step of the purchase process. This man made me feel so empowered by the time he was done with me! I wish more employees can be like him! In fact, there should be a "assisted shopping service". I wouldn't mind paying for someone like Mr. Andino to help and assist in my purchases. You have a rocking employee! He deserves a raise!

We were looking for a 24 inch set of stackable washer-drier and found it immediately, didn't have to go looking all over town for it.

We went last saturday to the kids workshop. It was a fantastic experience for her. Keep doing that.

This location (store) is preferred because it is better organized than others I have visited. I recognize that clients misplaced/locate at different bins, materials and is a Home Depot employees headache but continued checkup will alleviate this nuisance.

I went to HD to buy cabinet drawer slides. I paid $20.32 per pair, more than double the selling price at my local hardware store ($9.85/pair), which closes on Sundays. Watch out, Home Depot! Don't rest on your laurels; It's going to be a rude awakening.
