Edgar, Fernando, in power tools are very knowledgeable and willing to take time to get what you need. Viviana, Tatiana are very friendly and knowledgeable cashiers. The store is always clean and well stocked. I drive past many stores to buy at Monterey park because of these people. Thank you all.

This Home Depot here in Monterey Park was a big plus. Didn't have to travel any further like I used to. Home Depot Monterey Park is very clean the employees are really respectful. And they were interested in the product that I was looking for.

This home depot location never has traffic and most all the time you’ll find parking and employees are knowledgeable and friendly

i have moved recently here and i found some problems with electricity at the new home and started to come like 7 times to get my stuff. and every time i was asking for help or advice i get that . specifically with the helpful person called cecelio. He such agreat guy and patient. He made my shoping easyier and i knew new things . I am thankful to him and to this branch.

The customer service by the three employees I dealt with was awesome. They went above and beyond. I was shopping black Friday deals. Vivianna, Edgar, and Fernando spent much time to help. They made me feel good about spending my money at a store that is not closest to my home. The store was well stocked and clean. I will use this store as much as possible thanks to these three. This new store is excellent.

You have two employees in the paint department. One of them is Eric, who is amiable, and has a heart and wit to answer my questions about paint, which made me understand better, and the other colleague, Robert, is also as kind as other colleagues. Dear and help me solve my problem quickly with professional knowledge. Please let Robert and Eric knows kenneth is very appreciate they wonderful service.

Now that Home Depot is within 5 minutes of my house, I sure find getting hardware a lot easier for DIY jobs. But Home Depot also has a lot of household supplies like cleaners, toilet paper and towels, hand sanitizers. I think I no longer need to visit Smart and Final for these items. In general the personnel is quite helpful. The paint store is really nice and gets what I wanted with ease. An easy way to shop is to be able to look up the items online and then visit the aisles to get them. But the items in stock are not always like the way online presented them. Other alternatives are available so be prepared to get something else. But it is nice having Home Depot here.

The associates at this store are so AWESOME, that every time I come here I get great service. NOT once that they tried to make me buy something I didn't need. I'm not a professional contractor I'm a simple DIY person.I'm a Military retiree just taking care of my home . But these employees make it so simple to get things and offer Great advice. I spent $493.02 on a security screen door on 7/31/2020. I spent $104.69 on door seal kit on 8/8/2020. Still do not have a screen door that will keep out mosquito. Do not buy anything from Home Depot that they have to install or use a Home Depot contractor.
