If you have a problem and the manager handling the check out area tells you that they will take your name and info, that they are very sorry that you've been inconvenienced by coming to the store to learn that your order is no where to be found, even after receiving notification that your order was picked and ready for you to pick up, and how she'll SURE to call you when your product is back in stock... She flat out LYING to you. It's been over a month since that happened to me and I have yet to get a call.

Its been a week since my carpet measurement and I've still yet to receive the quote. I've called 4 times and its hard to get in-contact (I've been waiting 50 min and got hung up on twice in one attempt) with someone, but when I do I keep getting "we'll call you back tomorrow morning with an update". They never call back. $50 wasted on a quote I never got.

So I went in for a tool cart with wheels. I had found my product but asked if there was another one in a box as the one that was there in display was a little bit scratched from the top which I understand. It’s a display. So as I went to checkout I explained my situation to Christina. She was extremely really helpful. I appreciate workers like her. Thank you Christina.

Easy to find parts at the store.

David and Israel made our experience at Home Depot extremely rewarding. Israel is a great team member and hope this young man gets the recognition he deserves he’s a hard worker and constantly on top of his work. My husband and I ordered our custom cabinets with him and coordinated the whole kitchen renovation with him and it’s been a delightful experience. Thanks to your team!

Roberto from the print department did an amazing job in course correcting a paint match request.

The associate working in the Paint Department went beyond what I normally experience at any Home Improvement store to insure I purchased the proper product for my current project. Excellent attitude and knowledge of the products available.

In general this store is well stocked. I usually checked the items I want before going as some items are only online. But the items have been quite good. This store has a lot of cleaning items and toilet paper and paper towels. The traffic around it is a little crazy but parking is good. Just hope in the COVID era they don't rush too much and get the items checked out correctly so I don't have to come back the next day.

Beautiful clean store. Nice staff but poor knowledge when it comes to advice on options. Pico Rivera staff were more knowledgeable. This recent purchase was nice because it was online. I avoided shopping in the store because of poor knowledge of staff

Clean and very friendly environment with this whole corona virus going around, my hope is that the owners of Home Depot appreciate that their employees are risking their lives and their families lives in these times and by appreciation I mean that I hope they are getting paid enough!

no employees at cash registers, section was blocked off and I was forced to use self check-out. If I didn't need the items I would have left them behind. Home Depot you want me to self check out, then pay me or provide me with a discount. This is the reason you have employees.

Was concerned that I was not able to return a vacuum that I had purchased at another store that would refuse to take it. Possibly the best customer service ive ever experienced. All my questions answered without sending me to another person or jumping from department to department, swift response, outstanding attitudes, employees who work at this location seem to take pride in their job. Definetly will be doing all my home improvement shopping at this location despite the distance.
