THE EMPLOYEE MS. KIMMY WAS SMART AND FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE GAVE ME VIP TREATMENT BECAUSE SHE MADE SURE I PURCHASED THE RIGHT ITEMS. SHE LISTENS AND UNDERSTANDS MY CONCERNS.

Honestly one of the more inconsiderate and awful experiences in HD in all of my career as a Home Depot employee. Several of my bulk pallet orders of building materials have been consistently delayed and this particular Perris location has never given me advanced notice prior to changing the delivery date. While I understand the likelihood of unforeseen setbacks in deliveries (they explained that they had a third-party delivery driver call in-sick last minute and couldn’t find another delivery service provider to pick up my order) I was met with indifference from store members after calling to question how my Saturday delivery suddenly changed to a Monday delivery. I spent the majority of the day explaining the situation to my staff who I had to continuously reassure while we were all on standby despite their busy schedules and lengthy commutes, and within the 7hrs from when I last heard of my delivery, I was suddenly sent a text saying that the delivery date changed to a Monday (a day that I would NOT be able to be on-site to accept the delivery). When I called the store the first employee I spoke to said that it was due to the holiday (Thanksgiving which had just passed) and when I called again looking to speak to a manager another worker told me to call for them on Monday (the day of the new delivery). Now I’m forced to delay the project and have to come up with compensation for my staff who have been present on standby to hopefully get some work done. Unfortunately, I’m gonna have to move my schedule around so that I can be present for this altered delivery and it’s beyond frustrating. As a fellow Home Depot associate, I am appalled by the lack of consideration for the customers’ time and livelihood as well as the condescending tones of the employees that made me feel guilty for voicing my valid frustrations. If I’m not able to get the materials, I can’t work, and if I can’t work, I can’t get paid and then I can’t pay my workers. All I can ask is that this store acknowledge this and all I can say is do better because if this is your store’s best, you should be ashamed.

Thank you Rosie for being helpful and friendly, especially on such a busy day. And when I forgot one of my bags, thank you for keeping it ready for when I finally got back there. It was obvious you were keeping an eye out for us while you worked, and that consideration made our day!

I entered and there were signs directing me where I needed to go for what I wanted. I wanted automotive care supplies and they were in the section labeled automotive.

Bought a PLUNGER and had to returned it cuz I didn’t need it, it was in the original packaging when I returned it, a girl named KRISTINA from the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter threw the plunger and she looked disgusted and said and I quote “eewww that’s nasty” when I already told her it wasn’t used that I didn’t need it and that the DRANO MAX I bought with it worked and that’s why I was returning it, but she asked one of her coworker and both of them laughed at us. Never felt so embarrassed in my life…

I did a curbside order, but went to the wrong store for pick up. When I arrived at the correct store, Associate Crimson provided excellent customer service, made the situation correct, and was extremely professional.

I liked the option of site to store and all of the additional choices from the store site!

Chris listened and helped refer us to services we need for home repairs and improvements. Thanks!

The customer service here is impressive. Employees are every knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Lety In appliances

The store was mostly clean and neat, the employees were happy to help, and the checkout was quick and easy. I didn't bother to look for my products aimlessly and went straight to an employee and asked for assistance. The employees were all friendly!

HI, I would like to acknowledge Joseph from the Moreno Valley Perris location. I meant this guy years ago, he was very helpful. I never got the chance to thank him for his help. I ran in to him again years later and again he was very helpful and professional. able to help me with all my questions. very helpful, professtional and customers satisfaction. just wanted to take the time to let you know about a strong worker that you have in your team. Its very hard to come across good worker these days. and I hope he is acknowledge /notices for all he does. I Also I did inform Steve the supervise on duty about the employee Joseph (Great Guy). Steve was also aware of Joseph work ethic and I wanted to acknowledge it as well. again very hard worker, loves what he does and very knowledgeable. I come from a strong background 10 + years being in management and getting work done thought others. I know how important it is to have a good solid team, that will go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. its Very important to me to knowledge Joseph and all Steven. We live in Beaumont, we went to our local Home Depot in Beaumont looking to buy a shed, we asked several employees for help. All they would do is tell us to go order it ourselves thru Tuff Shed. Made a call to a different Home Depot on Perris Boulevard in Moreno Valley spoke with Sandra she said if we came in she would personally help us design our Tuff shed which we did the following day she was wonderful.

I had a horrible experience today I had to wait 40 minutes for supervisor that never showed up to unlock the shelves. I waste my time and showing up late to a job.

Lady at pro desk was nice got 3 millwaukee safety glasses for less than 18 bucks great deal

associates are friendly and helpful. Also great prices.

The attitude of some of the workers and manager was very poor. I was in the line and told to go to a register, and then once I arrived there, they told me I had to get in a second line. There was no sign indicating the second line. Then I had to go all the way back to the first line. They’re not helpful. Very poor service.

The store is well equipped n follows the Corona virus guidelines And sales personnel are very attentive.

I really enjoy shopping at this HD. They are always in stock and have the best staff. Great people work there.

The customer service of some of the younger sales associate is very poor.

The store every employment is helpfull for the costumers!
