Store #1087 is the closet location to my home which is why I go here, but my experience is not always great especially the flooring department. Stock availability is always low, to purchase blinds is always met with a long wait time. This occasion I waited 20 mins after asking 3 female associates talking amongst themselves at the flooring desk to call someone and no one came, I call the store and spoke with Rachel MOD, she said reason is due to being short staffed and only person who can cut blinds won't return from lunch until 30 mins, I asked if she can cut them or can I and she said No. It wasn't a lack of staff it was a lack of training and knowledge to cut Vertical Blinds which the machine has the measurement on it and all you do is cut them. I now have to go across town to get better service at store #0616, really unfortunate.

Kesly the cashier at the time totally disregarded my VETERAN ID at the register, then told me it's too late, to get your veteran discount you have to go to Customer Service. She did apologize but thats besides the point, what are you in such a rush for and I had out my CA Drivers License, I'm a disables black american man and I'm tired of being forced to accept subpar treatment. If I didn't say anything as I've done in the past, this would happen again and again to maybe not me but someone else.

Give Diana the Cashier Excellent Credit. She so COOL. So Helpful and very nice and sweet not stuck up and cranky. She'll answer all of your questions without a doubt and in a friendly patient manner. She so nice, smart, knowledgeable, quick to recall, and works exceptionally hard and does and outstanding sensational Job. One Excellent of a work not afraid to answer questions. She's just Terrific. Absolutely a Keeper for store upgraded Manager and high pay valuable employee. Please treat exceptionally Well. Give Extra Credit to the New Girl.

Millie helped me out with everything she was outstanding with all the help she gave me she recommended me a lot about deals on choosing the right train for my tree and a good deal on batteries I would always come back for her service she was just an amazing hard worker. Norma was an amazing cashier checking all my items being careful and scanning all my items at such good pace asking me how my day was them both just made my day an outstanding night to end it.

Willie works in lighting. Very friendly and accommodating. Knowledge level way up there. Helped me select a specific lighting fixture for my house. Store is doing a good job with COVID compliance. Employees wear masks and they have check out well organized.

I'm very happy with this store and how it is managed. I have never had a bad experience and recently I accidentally left my phone at the check stand and thankfully a kind worker there named Pete turned it in to customer service. Anytime I need help, someone is willing to point me in the right direction as well.

The availability of the product was a factor in going in. Once there I was immediately helped by employees with my questions & directed. Rommel kindly brought the big item down from the shelves. I would like to reiterate that Gabrielle was helpful from the minute we walked in the store through the waiting for pressure washer to come to checkstand and helping get it in the car. Being handicapped she & Rommel were lifesavers. Thank you

Kudos to Chris R, Diana, and Yamel in flooring, for making my shopping experience amazing. They were able to look up my purchase history and match my floor purchase from March 2012 which is absolutely amazing!! I was "floored" pun intended. They were awesome beyond belief.

Lack of education and customer service at this store is terrible and the amount of time it took.

Keep up the great work service desk . We usually order on line and pick up in store. So the service desk is always fast and friendly. store is clean. management are great they are never afraid to help you with what you need.

Angel, Jacky, and Rosie were part of this being a great trip. Bathtub issues and returned a few items. This store always comes through when it comes to figuring out what you need. and taking time to get you there.
