I have never been disappointed in the quality of their products. The employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable of their area, and always eager to be helpful.

Went in today under some time constraints. A lady by the name of Kathy in the paint department was sensational. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Had me in and out in 15 minutes. She was a total professional. I will always ask for her when I need assistance.

Every paint project we went to Home Depot and each time difficult paint decision were resolved expertly by Cathy. She really knows her job.

If you are not shopping Home Depot, you are missing out on outstanding customer service and better prices. The other thing I really appreciate is if or when there is an issue, they take care of it. Doesn't matter what, they are there to fix the problem. Store down the street doesn't care, if something goes awry, they are out of the picture as far a correcting it.

I bought a garage opener for my husband, the worker was very nice and explained everything I didn't understand. Very good experience Thx u Home Depot

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by this store ... and one employee in particular. Sarah at this Home Depot's Customer Service desk provided an EXCELLENT customer service experience, developing a viable way forward to address a problem with my new whole house dehumidifier (purchased a few weeks earlier from Home Depot). This level of customer service is unfortunately all too rare these days. I will DEFINITELY use this store for all of my home renovation needs in the future. Thanks again Sarah!

I am a BIG Home Depot Morristown fan, great associates, great selection of products and clean easy to shop store. So much so that I refuse to shop at the other store in town..

I have been shopping Home improvement stores most of my life and this store has by far the best associates, they are willing to answer questions and help in what ever way they can...Ane with a smile...

My husband and I drove 1hr and 15mins on Halloween release morning to this store because they always have the best holiday selection and the best customer service. Tony was amazing and helped us locate everything on our wish list with zero complaints. He was happy to do it and made us feel like he enjoyed his job. The manager and assistant manager Les, were both helpful as well. Everything about this store is amazing. The customer service is so warm and friendly like a hometown store feel, but with a huge and amazing selection. You won't visit a better Home Depot

It's getting to the point employees seem to hide when it comes to helping their customers. At this Home Depo store, the employees come to you and ask if there's anything they can do to help you.

Great store but could be larger. Really helpful employees. Registers to far away from where you come in. Odd set up in front. My husband is disabled and it is hard for him to walk in one door and have to go all the way across parking lot to get back to vehicle.

I love this store. I wish cashiers checked us out instead of self checkout.

Every time I go to home depot, the staff always checks to see if I need any help. Store always is clean for the it to be a warehouse. Seem to always have stocked shelfs.

Bruce Stockman in the appliance department has the knowledge and friendliness to make you feel at ease with your decision. No high pressure. Just facts and figures to help make that important choice. You approach him as a salesman and walk away his friend. I know I''ll be looking for him when I go back!

I went into the Morristown Tennessee Home Depot to look at their washers and dryers. The salesman I spoke to was very courteous, helpful and respectful. He was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up buying the washer and dryer that day. He also asked if there was anything else he could help me with or help me find in the store. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Great store!!
