If you are tired of bad customer service, come to Home Depot, they know how to provide excellent customer service, they have a wide selection of items for your home/business, they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. This is what "GREAT" customer care is all about....

Absolutely recommend this store, the associates are GREAT, always willing to assist and if they don't know, they will ask...They value their customers and make sure your experience is positive.

This is a GREAT store for home improvement and more....I have shopped a lot of home improvements stores in my life both for personal and for business and this store is GREAT....Great customer service, Great product line, Great prices, and associates are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

After trying to get assistance at the other store, I drove 10 minutes farther to Home Depot. The associate that helped me was professional, and knew her stuff. Everyone in the store made me feel like I was the only one there. Thanks, and I'll be back!

Home Depot Morristown is a GREAT place to find what you are looking for, I am a regular now....go several times/week sometimes several times a day....

I have shopped at the Morristown Home Depot for a number of years and always found the store clean, the isles uncluttered and the employees friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop there as long as prices are competitive and and the employees are friendly and helpful.

The store isles are well marked, making finding items much easier. Associates make it a point to ask you if you need assistance. The pro area always have associates available to assist with loading and unloading merchandise for you. I recently had two of the younger associates follow me out to assist me loading lumber into my vehicle. I didn’t have to ask for their help, they just seen me and immediately came to assist.

I make frequent trips to this store. I have always found the associates to be friendly and helpful. The store is always neat and clean and you can easily find what you are looking for. A shout out for Karen the cashier. She's one of those cheerful people who brightens your day.

this is a friendly store, always willing to help. I highly recommend this store...The employees know their departments and have or know where to get the information you would need to complete your project. And if you dont want to do the project yourself, they have a list of qualified people who can do it for you.

Recently made a trip to the store for a replacement water heater. Len was extremely helpful in making sure we got everything we needed and Karen at the check was super helpful and nice! I shop there every month for my office and Karen is usually at the check out when I'm there. She is always pleasant and helpful and gets everything wrung up and I'm on my way in no time!

The service's was great. We wont to thank Cashier Rusila for helping us with picking a Refrigerate in our price range. Thank you do much.

All three of the associates I encountered on my last visit were very helpful. In fact, every time I've gone to Home Depot the associates seem to bend over backwards to help, plus they all seem to really enjoy their jobs which makes my shopping experience very pleasant.
