This Home Depot location is very professional, friendly, and a must go.

I had the best experience shopping for major home appliances. The sales person that helped me was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and on it!! She was able to meet all of my request with ease and made me feel very good about my purchase!

I shopped with the associates at this location and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I went in for a few garden supplies and Lee and Amauri were beyond helpful. Lee helped me find deer repellent I couldn’t find on my own. Working in sales, I appreciate good customer service. Bravo!

The 2 employees that assisted me were learning and directing the new employee on how to find the item and assist the customer

I go to this location a lot!! Not only is it convenient but the customer service is great!!!

I was looking for a Weed Eater and the one that I wanted was sold out. I did not want to buy a more expensive one and was on my way out when the Customer Service rep offered me a $25 discount off the price of the more expensive Weed Eater as a way of accommodating my needs and interest.

When I arrived at the store I was warmly greeted by Jade at customer service to to my return. I left and went across the front end and was greeted by the Afrikan Gentleman that represents Carrier HVAC. While crossing I met Kimber from Self Check-Out She was amazingly full of positive energy, a true asset to your organization, and just as I finished some additional shopping I met Ms. Donna the Cashier. She acknowledged my Pro and Military status and offered me a Home Depot Credit Card. I absolutely LOVED the experience.

Gardner & Tommie just completed my kitchen delivery and installation and they were great! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products. They gave me tips and directions, too. These guys work well together. They make a great team and are wonderful ambassadors for Home Depot!!

Christine pulled us to the "return" area to check us out. She was friendly, and good at what she does. She helped me get a Home Depot credit card to save money on my purchase. I will be sure and speak to her the next time I am at Home Depot, which will be soon.

Found an item there I had not seen at the Home Depot near me. Felt like walking through catacombs. Associates were present but never approached

Two people helped me: AK found the sump pump that I needed and he showed me how to hook up the outlet pipe. And Amari worked at the register was personable and polite as I was checking out 10 minutes after closing.

When I visited in need of several household items for minor repairs, I was immediately helped and out of the store in under 10 minutes. The store is very clean, convenient location, and the employees are wonderful.

I just want to thank Alfred, he assisted me in hardware department and even assisted with cutting lumber.

Customer service desk was very helpful and now because of help I received I will continue to whop at Home Depot

EXCHANGED A BAD WATER HEATER DUE TO VENDOR ISSUE AND THE LADIES A CUSTOMER MADE IT SIMPLE AND NO HASSLE. WAY TO GO 0114.

The store was about to close and no one rushed us, the employees spent the time answering our questions and making sure we got all the tools needed for our water heater repair!

Maurice did a fantastic job delivering my microwave on 1.06.24. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answering all my questions. Put everything back in place.

This location is amazing. I antisipated a stressful experience. It was the complete opposite. The employees provide fantastic customer service and are so friendly and willing to help. If you visit, ask for Ariel. She gets 5 stars from me.

THE CASHIER AMARI ALWAYS GREETS ME AND TELLS ME GOOD ADVICE WHEN I COME TO THIS LOCATION.IF SHE WASNT WORKING FOR YOU GUYS I OFFERED HER A POSITION AT MY ESTABLISHMENT LOL

I had an awesome encounter with two customer service employees, Nisha and Anna. They were kind yet super professional as they helped me obtain products for a time sensitive project!!! I have always had great experiences at this store in Mortow, Georgia!!!

Every time I go into this store, I am approached by an employee and asked if I need help. I cannot tell you how important that is because as a Contractor/Property Manager, I constantly purchase home improvement products for rental properties that I manage as well as home that I am repairing. It is so good to enter a store in which the employees acknowledge your presence and ask if you need any assistance. I make sure that this store receives all of my business. I love going to Home Depot in Morrow!

There were only a few people that could help me. Trenette was the most helpful person in the entire store. Everytime I went there I would look for her help. She was the most knowledgable person there and was willing to do the work to help me find what I needed in all departments. Sandra, Tangi, Jackie, Victoria and Kimber was also helpful.
