Very clean and well maintained

The delivery guys were so awesome! They made the process fast, easy, and they delivered my dryer in 10 minutes and left. Thanks, guys, good work!

THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL TO ME WHEN I LOOK LIKE I NEED HELP. WHEN I DID NOT ASK FOR HELP.

I went to Home Depot to purchase 2 bundles of wood. Not because they were closer than another store or less expensive. But because the service is spectacular.

Alicia helped me from start to finish. She was great

I stopped in not looking for anything particular. Doing some browsing for household items. I only bought a pack of cookies but the experience was great

I love Homedepot products they are quality items almost always in stock. The grill that we purchased is not put together yet but I think it will be put together over the weekend. I know that my husband will love it. Product always shipped on time and they call and text.

Ron is great Manager! The Lady in Plumbing helped me greatly when I had to reroute piping and install pressure valve. I love this Home Depot

I had troubles with a drill I purchased I went back and Quanisha helped me figure out the problem I was having. Her feedback was helpful and although I wasn’t able to use the drill when I went back she assisted me and getting my refund and a better less advanced drill! Thank you Quanisha!

I came here to have some keys made and the young man who helped me was very nice and personable.

Although the outside security needs attention, store is a great place to shop. Great group of people from the pro desk to returns and everyone in between.

I apologize as the survey I completed was for my visit to the Cascade Store on December 15, 2022. The Cashier who assisted me there was Gracie. I visited the Morrow Store on December 12, 2022 and the cashier there was Felicia. Felicia gave me the Military application and explained the process to me. She was also very professional and made me feel special.

This Home Depot had exactly what I needed and an employee (Jocelynn) went above and beyond to assist me.

I would love to see an improvement their with a drive thru area for lumber end like all the other homedepots

Jay was superb - very nice. And another guy - tall, skinny, black , maybe a manager - very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to research. A nice lady - black , skinny , short haircut made sure I got help after waiting 30-45 minutes for help.

At The Home Depot, I feel like a part of a large family. I am always welcomed with a smile, and my questions are addressed with professionalism and courtesy. Mackilyn was the associate that assisted us and she was phenomenal! This is why The Home Depot is my first choice for all of my home improvement and appliance needs.

Had a few returns and was blown away how courteous, professional and helpful the associate was. Kudos THD! I will be coming for a job soon!

Went to buy 2 fans. I had checked price and saw $49. When I found what appeared to be same item they were $69. Cashier Evvy gave me the whole spew about online pricing. Turns out with some legwork of my own I had wrong fans. But stacked with other fans I wanted. All in same box and size. Manager was of course too busy to come and help.

I had a thermostat to return & Jacqueline at the service desk was awesome! She was very patient & friendly & also told me what to do next time to make it even easier. It was a pleasure meeting her, she could not have been any nicer! And as I shopped I had to ask several people where items were & it was easy to find employees & almost all took me directly to the product & put it in my hand. I wish I had gotten all their names so I could mention them! This is the best Home Depot around!

Felecia was my cashier. She was very helpful in assisting me with my return as well as my purchase. I did not see where I’m able to give her a rating, but she certainly deserves 5 stars.

The well trained employees at The Home Depot really know their job and are alway available to assist me with my purchase. I have tried shopping at other hardware stores. However, mone can compare to The Home Depot. I have never had a bad shopping experience in any of the H D stores. Not to mention the quality of products they sell, good prices, special sales, customer service, and military discount. They don't come better!

The associate went above and beyond to help me.
